Cons:

В хотела липсват базови хигиенни стандарти . Още при влизането в стаята установих че леглото не беше подготвено за нови гости - по леглото и пода имаше косми от може би няколко предходни гости - руси, черни , червени ... да не говорим че дори не спим върху истински чаршаф, а върху чаршаф с ластик ...
Прахът не беше избърсан, както и паяжините в ъглите.
При всяко ползване на душа, банята се пълнеше с вода и ставаше "басейн"
Персонал във фоайето няма, а само тел. номер за връзка

Приемлив, но със сериозни забележки.
Pros:

Локацията е добра, места за паркиране има на разположение.

Cons:

Стаите са прекалено тесни и липсват някои мебели, например нощно шкафче - това е много сериозна лиспа. Хладилникът има отвратителна миризма. За изхвърляне е!
Никак не ми хареса, че в последния момент преди настаняване се получава инструкцията(с кода за сейфчето). При други подобни резервации(както в страната, такаи в чужбина) тази инструкция се получава няколко дни по-рано.

Pros:

Добро местоположение, наоколо има всичко необходимо за хранене и забавления, както и спирки на градския транспорт. Леглата бяха удобни - матраците и възглавниците са чудесни! Стаите са достатъчно големи и слънчеви.

Cons:

Не можахме да включим ТВ на никакъв канал. Целия блок миришеше на храна, която се приготвя в общата кухня. Не се затваря вратата на кухнята или аспирацията ѝ не е добра.

Dreadful. Avoid this establishment.
Pros:

The size of the room - that’s it.

Cons:

Here you’re spoilt for choice: no hot water throughout the stay (so no washing, shower or laundry), leaking bathroom tap that continually flooded the bathroom, a faulty lock on the door, flying tipping outside reception, an environment that felt unsafe (especially at night) a damaged front door, and absolutely no response from the owners despite numerous messages, calls, etc. - with no remedial action. I’ve made official complaints to both Booking.com and the Bulgarian authorities (and I’m not vexatious - this is a first).
Basically, the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in a very long time (usually there are some redeeming features).
All in all, very disappointing.
Had to move on the last night to a city centre hotel which, may I say, was excellent - and cheaper!
