Pros:

Masthole the lady who works there, she’s so kind and very welcoming.

Cons:

The property looks scary from the outside, and the entrance was very untidy and not pleasant at all. There was also a shortage of facilities. Whenever we needed something, we had to scream or call Pretty, who works there. She would collect our iron and twin plug, and whenever we needed them again, we had to either scream for her or walk to the back house to ask for them.

The washing machines were located right behind our apartment and were running throughout both the day and night, so we could not have peace because of the constant noise. The apartment also smelled old. The bedding and pillowcases were torn and in poor condition. On top of that, the landlady was not kind or welcoming.

When we check out there was a staff lady named pretty she was very rude to us
Pros:

MaSthole the staff lady that we found when we check in she was very friendly and loving

Cons:

TV was not working atleast if they have smart tv it would be easy for guest to stay in doors watching TV for entertainment throughout the vacation .and this staff lady pretty needs to respect the guests she was very rude

Not recommend for anyone.
Pros:

I like that it's close to amenities. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, headboard dusty, bathroom had dirty sanitary pads behind the toilet. We had no lighter for the gas stove had to go buy our own. The door is making so much noise when close or open needs to be fixed.

Everything was told that there's a washing machine on site, only to find out it's the one for their own use, so I can't use it anytime i want. Oh the baddest thing ever was to be told that my food was taken by 🐒 😭🤣 bcz i didn't close the windows when I left 🙃 that time was told that the room will be cleaned so how can the cleaner who knows that there are monkeys on site not close windows or not let me know that I must keep windows closed. Also, there were no toilet papers on Friday.

We did not stay there we only slept 1 night because of the condition of the place we contacted the owner of the property for a refund because we can attach some images of the condition of the place and still “we will look into the matter” kindly note that we want a refund thanks in advance.

No soap ,no Colgate, plugs are far way from the bed , no towels and we did not get the room that we were expecting to get but i was okay ,AC it working but not working really well

The place was ok.

Cons:

The TV was not working as well as the WiFi. There were no towels provided. Dish cloth was nog clean Air conditioning was not working. Electricity was on and off. Shower drains were blocked. Linen was dull white. Sofa was not comfortable. The yard was extremely dirty as well the parking bays.

I didn't like the stairs, cleanliness and or the waiting to get into the place as you must wait for almost 10 minutes to be buzzed in every time. Nothing is like the pictures shown. Aircon and TV not working. Burned iron.
