Pros:

This hotel was GORGEOUS, everything super clean and comfy, the staff were lovely and even organised transport to and from da nang airport for us. Such a. great place especially for such a good price

A wonderful place to stay in Hoi An! The room was clean, comfortable. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, so we had a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to walk to the Ancient Town, restaurants, cafés, and other attraction. The staff, especially Phương and Thư, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about 🤗

Location and view is beautiful. You can walk whole city

Cons:

There is a night club next to hotel and the bass sound is terrible. Saturday nights they stop at 5am. And at 7 am the construction starts with drills and hammers.

Pros:

Staff are pleasant. Location is excellent. Room is clean.

Cons:

The loudness of drilling beside the hotel room, i just thought not to put guest if the drilling is just wall to wall. We were offered to move after I complained but we just left out from the room and came back late.

Fabulous and prime river view location , close to all the action but also very much away from it so you can come back to

The location is prime and the vibe is very friendly and good vibes all around.

The staff Thu and Phoung were absolutely wonderful I first arrived, Phoung greeted me with so much kindness and sweetness, I was throughly impressed!

10/10 would recommend staying here , in fact, I stayed 2 nights after only originally booking 1 night.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was so clean and beautiful hardwood floors and very comfortable beds.

Hoi An ... soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

l'hotel è in una buona posizione vicino al centro, abbiamo camminato per arrivare in centro senza problemi. La receptionist è stata gentilissima perchè noi la mattina seguente dovevamo partire molto presto e pertanto di sera è rientrata in hotel apposta per noi per il check out. Molto disponibile e lo abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

Sehr schönes Hotel an ruhiger und zentraler Lage - alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ruhig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
