Perfect place. Homemade breakfast, quiet neighbourhood but 10- minute walk to the center of the town. And a comfortable room as well

Calme non assuré, il n’y a aucune isolation car tout simplement la « fenêtre » de la salle de bain est en réalité un espèce de trou en béton qui donne directement vers l’extérieur, je n’avais jamais vu ça. traces d’humidité dans la chambre évidemment à cause de ça.

We loved it here, very clean and comfortable room with AC, fan, balcony and fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Free use of bicycles to explore the rice fields. 10-15 minute walk to old town. Swimming pool great to cool down in the afternoons. Great breakfast. Would recommend this place to explore Hoi An

Our stay at Sedna was incredible! The staff were super responsive, friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better - a short walk to old town, but far enough away you feel like you’re living outside of the noisy touristy area. Breakfast was always delicious. We highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay in SenDa villa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town, making it incredibly easy to explore Hoi An.
What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the family running the villa. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, from helping us with recommendations, cooking a lovely breakfast everyday and providing a laundry service upon request.
We left with amazing memories and would absolutely return to this accommodation. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An!
