Завышена цена за проживание, добитая душевая, плохая уборка.

Хорошее месторасположение

Cons:

На диване нашли чей-то ноготь, шторы грязные, сверху ползали пауки. Пододеяльник сына был то ли со жвачкой, то ли еще с чем-то. Это разве не видно было? К уборке очень много вопросов. Холодной воды в кране на кухне нет. Дверь от душа не закрывается, давно пора менять.

Pros:

Glīts, komfortabls dzīvoklis ar visām nepieciešamajām ērtībām. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais, arī tēja un kafija, cukurs. Virtuves un dzīvojamās istabas zona maza, bet guļamistaba plaša, līdz ar to nešķiet saspiesti.

Cons:

Vienīgais mīnuss - nav lifta.
