Pros:

Мы очень довольны персоналом, а именно ребятами на ресепшене. Все очень дружелюбные и отзываются на любую просьбу, особенно хотелось бы выделить Александра и Дарью. Других имен мы не знаем, но остальные ребята с которыми мы краткосрочно пересекались также были очень дружелюбны, отзывчивы и вежливы.
Месторасположение - действительно классное, прямо в центре города.
Апартаменты - чистые, светлые и уютные! Есть конечно мелкие замечания, но они не критичны. Если отбросить в сторону перфекционизм - то можно сказать, что все идеально.
В следующий раз приедем снова сюда.

Cons:

Нет духовки и стиральной машины, а также хотелось бы хотя-бы 2-3 кухонных полотенца и другое моющее средство для посуды.

Otelin konumu şehrin Kalbinde idi . Odalar temizdi 7/24 resepsiyonda yetkili bir görevlinin olması mükemmeldi . Otel odasında ev konforunda ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcuttu
mutfak gereçleride dahil . Ailece Kalınabilecek kadar temiz ve nezih bir oteldi . Teşekkür Bristol Residence ! :)

Bu oteli, Prag’da merkezi bir konumda kalıp şehri çoğunlukla yürüyerek gezebilmek istediğimiz için tercih ettik ve bu açıdan beklentimizi gayet iyi karşıladı. Market, kafeler ve toplu taşıma duraklarının çok yakın olması konaklamamızı oldukça kolaylaştırdı. Otel genel olarak temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlüydü. Varışımızdan önce online check-in süreciyle ilgili otelle iletişime geçtik; tüm sorularımıza açık şekilde yanıt verdiler ve çözüm sundular. Genel olarak iletişim kolay ve güven vericiydi, konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Sevmediğimiz bir şey olarak değil ama küçük bir not olarak; otel çok merkezi bir konumda olduğu için çevreden zaman zaman ses gelebiliyor. Biz mayıs ayında kaldığımız için bunu büyük bir problem olarak yaşamadık ve merkezi konumun doğal bir sonucu olarak değerlendirdik.

Walking distance to the city centre.

Cons:

Price was outrageous €345 per night with no breakfast. Prague was full on that night.
Mid gray and beige decor didn’t add up to my mood.
