Pros:

Location was very secure. Cars have to be allowed in and out of the complex, cars are very secure. Also our apt had 2 doors. And you had wrist bands with security around the property checking.

Cons:

The area is pretty run down. Haven't been in about 12 years, and things are looking worse. It's very seedy once you go outside your complex. Constantly getting harassed to go into places or buy stuff.
