Pros:

Stor rummelig, lys og ren lejlighed med gode senge. Der var også en god seng i stuen, som var en rigtig seng, dejligt.
Kommer meget gerne igen.

Cons:

Der var meget lidt service i køkkenet. Der var opvaskemaskine, men man skulle hele tiden vaske op i hånden, fordi der var så få kaffekopper, glas mm. Irriterende!!
Vi vidste ikke, hvad vi skulle gøre ang. affald. Der manglede lidt information. Måske andre i opgangen heller ikke vidste det, for der stod lugtende skraldeposer i opgangen i flere dage

Nice but noisy - great apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, large apartment. Checking in was a process and required going to another location to obtain key. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was very noisy at night, lots of groups of people walking past throughout the night. There were a set of benches outside the building and people hung out there. The hotel provided ear plugs and in the middle of the night we understood why.

We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

The apartment is several blocks from the hotel and near the pedestrian streets of the old town and Hans Christian Andersen sites. There is a great bakery for breakfast Danish pastries (opens at 7 AM) and a fotex grocery 2 blocks from the apartment.

Cons:

The street noise from revelers at night on weekends can be annoying. The apartment provides earplugs. There are 17 steep stairs to climb to the apartment which isn't that bad unless you have a heavy suitcase or two.

Har haft et par dejlige dage, hvor handlemuligheder og seværdigheder ligger i gåafstand.
Pros:

Lejligheden ligger centralt, men i rolige omgivelser. Kan helt sikkert anbefales.

Cons:

Manglende information vedrørende afhentning af nøgle til lejligheden. Hotellets adresse fremgår ikke af booking bekræftelsen.

Super emplacement mais...
Pros:

L'hyoer centre a du bon mais pas mal d'inconvénient. Nous étions dans l'appartement 352
Le lit est très grand mais sous une pente de toiture.

Cons:

Le logement est en hypercentre entouré de zone vélo ou piétonne et pas d'emplacement pour se garer sur une longue période d'autant qu'il faut aller chercher les clés a plus de 300m. Donc avec des valises, c'est compliqué.
Attention, un parking payant sur Google à proximité est une arnaque. Il n'existe pas et vous allez traverser des zones interdites aux voitures (l'établissement n'y est pour rien).
Le logement est dans un vieil immeuble sans ascenseur et avec un escalier étroit.
Quand nous sommes arrivés les lumières étaient allumées et le lave vaisselle non vidé mais ouvert. C'est dommage de ne pas pousser le détail au regard du tarif.
La salle de bain est propre mais les canalisations sentent excessivement mauvais.
Le lieu de villégiature est au-dessus des restaurants, les bruits et les odeurs liés aux activités peuvent gêner le repos (sortie du verre après 22h30 et livraison avant 6h).
