Pros:

room cleanliness acceptable, I would greatly appreciate it if the management could kindly consider allowing us to check in early, as I am traveling with my 80-year-old father, especially since it is not a busy period

Cons:

There is a kettle provided, but no basic coffee set is given. Since it’s a cold place, people will definitely be looking for hot drinks
