Pros:

服務親切，訊息回覆快，接待快速，可以寄放行李（先告知住宿方）。
位置方便接近火車總站，晚上出門行走並沒有特別感受到不安全，機能佳，附近有超市（billa但偏小），也靠近其他路面電車站，走路就能到美景宮。
房間寬敞舒適，採光佳，三位成人也很足夠，有小客廳以及功能齊全的廚房，冰箱大且有冷凍功能。冷氣強，就算夏天來也不會熱，衛浴分離，乾淨舒適，熱水夠熱，水量不會太小。

Cons:

廚房排水孔排水速度較慢，但不會嚴重影響使用體驗，反應給住宿方後也表示退房後會安排修理！👍🏻

Sehr schöne große moderne Wohnung! Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich! Bahnhof und Supermarkt ist ganz nah. Belvedere auch. Uns hat alles gefallen.

Clean and quiet
Pros:

This apartment comes with cooking facilities, which we really appreciated. The beds were acceptable, though the pillows were too soft for our liking. As for the location, it is slightly away from the old town, so we mostly used Uber or purchased daily tram tickets to get around. My youth used Lime scooters, which cost around €4 to ride from Vienna concert venue back to apartment.

Cons:

The sofa bed is quite small, and my two older boys felt a bit cramped sleeping on it. It should be fine for younger kids, but not ideal for teenagers. If there were an option to add an extra bed, it would make the stay much more comfortable.

Pros:

The apartment is in a fantastic location. It's right near Vienna train station, just a 3-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.
The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher. After checking in, you can use the children's playground on the 3rd floor and the gym.

Pros:

ウィーン中央駅から近く、スーパーも近かった。
部屋が広くて快適だった。

Cons:

チェックイン時間に限りがあり、時間を越えると別途料金がかかり点。事前に確認があったけど…。
受付がわかりにくい。

Great location and super friendly staff
Pros:

The location was amazing. Right outside the main station. Did not have to walk very far. Everything was approachable. Easy to go to anywhere in Vienna and also easy to take regional trains during winters.

Cons:

The apartment is located in a office building, not too much noise during the weekends, but expect a little noise only for few hours if you are sleeping in during weekdays.

Patiko, gera vieta apsistoti trims žmonėms ir ilgesniam laikui.
Pros:

Gera vieta netoli centro, parkavimas požeminėje aikštelėje tame pačiame name. Apartamentai erdvūs, virtuvėlė su visa reikalinga įranga, didelis šaldytuvas.

Parkavimas gali būti nemokamas.

شقه جميله وواسعه وقريبه لمحطه قطار فيينا
Pros:

الشقه جميله وواسعه جدا وفيها شراحه ومتوفر فيها كل الأمور الضرورية للمسافر
موقعها في مكان راقي وقريب من محطه القطار
وكانت هادئه ومريحه جداً

Cons:

الوصول للشقه كان صعب جداً،الموقع ماكان مضبوط حيث أننا كنا ندور على الشقه بحقائبنا في نفس المنطقه لمده ساعتين .
كانت الشقه في عياده أسنان والاستقبال في مبنى آخر

اقترح كتابه كل هالتفاصيل للشقه
وضع لافته واضحه
وتحديث الموقع بدقه على قوقل ماب

وانا جلست ثلاث ليالي بالشقه وماكان في تنظيف حتى لو يوم واحد
