They don't know english. When I checked in at 3 am in the early morning they didn't understand my booking and kept me waiting for 30 minutes

Cons:

Não ficou claro no anúncio sobre a cobrança da taxa do PET e o valor de R$ 40, foi incluído no ato do check-in. Louça insuficiente, pedi uma sopa no ifood e tive que tomar na xicara, pois só havia pratos rasos. A TV do quarto não conectava com internet.
