Pros:

Lage und Parkplatz sind super, Nähe zur Messse und gute Restaurants in der Nähe, mit dem QR Code ist das Ein / Auchecken total simpel

Cons:

Das WLAN Passwort steht nirgens, das Bad könnte mal neue Dichtungen und Fugen vertragen, und die Tapeten im Wohnzimmer lassen all Stöße fallen ;-)

Eine sehr saubere, ruhige und praktisch gelegene Unterkunft mit freundlichem Vermieter und guter Aus
Pros:

Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür waren sehr praktisch. Auch die Messe Stuttgart war von dort aus gut erreichbar. Besonders positiv fand ich die vollständige Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschbecken, sodass man sich problemlos Frühstück oder auch ein kleines Abendessen selbst zubereiten konnte. Außerdem war es angenehm ruhig im Haus, man hat von den anderen Bewohnern kaum etwas gehört. Der Vermieter war zudem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Küchenausstattung. Es wäre schön, wenn vor der Vermietung noch einmal geprüft würde, ob ausreichend Gläser und Tassen vorhanden sind. In meinem Fall war das kein großes Problem, und für kleinere Gerichte wie Nudeln mit Sauce war ansonsten alles da. Insgesamt ist das aber nur ein kleiner Hinweis.

Schönes ruhiges Appartement
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Schönes Appartement, voll Ausgestattet, Türöffnung per Handy, WLAN funktionierte sehr gut, sehr ruhig gelegen - konnte Nachts das Fenster auflassen, genügend kostenlose Parkplätze, Edeka, Penny und Bäckerei in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen

A great stay at this lovely apartment.
Pros:

This was a very pleasant stay. Susanne was very nice and checked me in. The apartment was modern and was clean. The location is very close to the grocery store, bakery, drug store, bus stops, etc. The kitchenette is nice for simple cooking and eating. Good shower pressure and temperature. The WiFi was strong and I did not have any issues. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay here again.

Cons:

A firmer pillow would have been nice. Also a bar of soap for the shower would have been great.
