Lovely apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Loved our stay here. Lovely modern apartment in a great location. We walked to everything. Building had a lift which was great for luggage. There are lockers in the building you can leave your luggage which also has a toilet and lounge.

Cons:

Would have been great to have a washing machine but there are laundromats within walking distance so not really a problem.

Öncelikle ekiple iletişim harikaydı. Rezervasyon yaptırdığım ilk andan son ana kadar tüm sorularımı hızlı ve nazik şekilde cevapladılar ve çözüm ürettiler. Check in saatinden epey önce gitmemize rağmen aldılar. Bu arada tüm işlemler online, herhangi bir çalışan görmedik :) Eşyalar çok güzel ve şıktı. Eşim ve kızımla kaldığımız odada kızım için iki kişilik koltuğu yatak yaptılar. Mikrodalga fırın, ocak, bulaşık makinesi, kahve makinesi, buzdolabı, klimalar, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü gibi ev eşyaları işlerimizi kolaylaştırdı. Her şey çok güzeldi, çok yavaş çıkan asansör bile bizi üzemedi. Bir daha Floransaya gidersem yine buraya gelirim hatta Avrupada yapacağım yeni seyahatlerde ilk tercihim Numa olur. Keşke daha önce denk gelseydik.

Stunning apartment with excellent facilities and a central location
Pros:

Modern, stylish and clean

Cons:

The ac was not allowed to be turned down because of local regulations and the fan we had was broken. We were told that the fan could not be replaced until the next day. This meant an uncomfortable nights sleep the first night during an Italian heatwave. Would have appreciated a curtain in the smaller bathroom to stop the room from overheating, used a hand towel to block out most of the sun.

The best of Florence at your doorstep!
Pros:

Everything from the amenities, comfort of the beds, cleanliness, and shower pressure to the little design details, overall ambiance of the room, and proximity to points of interest, restaurants, and shopping was superb! The property is literally a piazza away from the river and Ponte alla Carraia bridge.

Cons:

The stairs/elevator- but more of an inconvenience than a deal breaker. Just be prepared to climb stairs as the elevator is tiny and extremely slow. It was useful to put luggage in and send up to meet at the floor.

Would definitely come back again!
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to train station and all great spots but in a quiet little street very close to the river. Functioning air conditioner made our stay at Florence, at 39 degrees, a safe haven from the heat. Lovely, minimalist and modern decor, we had everything we needed. Loved it.

Spotless
Pros:

I spent two weeks in Italy, and this was the best hotel I stayed at. Each floor has just one large apartment (only five floors in total), everything was spotless, the shower was excellent, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was modern, and the location is close to literally everything, even the train station. It's a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.

Cons:

One thing to note: housekeeping isn't included automatically. You have to request it, and I'm not sure whether there's an additional charge.

Bel appartement, confortable.
Pros:

Très bel appartement, bien situé.
Climatisation très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avions.
Petites attentions gratuites dans le frigo que l'on ne trouve pas partout.
Belle décoration et bonne literie avec lit principal spacieux.

Cons:

L'appartement est un peu trop sombre au niveau des éclairages. La salle de bain un peu petite.
Mais cela ne gêne en rien le séjour.
Aucun interlocuteur direct. Seulement une IA.

Ottima posizione ed arredamento accattivante. Grande letto, piccolissimo bagno. Bidet dove sei finito?

Il sistema di check in con Bot su whatsapp è tutta la gestione dell’interazione basata su AI via whatsapp sono molto interessanti.

Camera accogliente e gradevolmente arredata.

Letto davvero molto comodo, idem i cuscini.

Cons:

Camera molto buia, in virtù della posizione non è un ambiente luminoso.

Il bagno è eccessivamente piccolo, tanto valeva non fare l’inutile cucina ma regalare alla stanza mq in più in bagno che avrebbero permesso di installare un bidet (Vi ricordo che siamo Italiani, se il resto del mondo vive nell’incivilità non vedo perché adeguarci verso il basso) e di rendere una esperienza complessiva decisamente migliore. Il bagno è il 50% di una camera.
