No hot water in the shower :(
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No hot water in the shower. It runs warm for 2 minutes then turns cold and never gets warm again. We reached out to the management and they did not resolve it or made any effort to in the two days after reporting.

Great hotel in fabulous location!
Pros:

This a fabulous hotel in a great location, right near the river and a short walk to the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio etc. lovely modern decor and really spacious room. Check in and out is all by app and key code. No staff on site, which was fine for us. We used the lockers when we arrived to store luggage before check in

Cons:

It would have been good to have one or two more lockers in the foyer. When we were checking out both lockers were full.

В этом отеле мне понравилось все!! Расположение отличное, близко от вокзала и до достопримечательностей 10 минут.
Все новое, чистое, есть все необходимое.
У нас в номере было два санузла, туалет с раковиной отдельно, и душевая с раковиной.

Superb apartment in fabulous location and wonderful staff.

Absolutely loved the location.
Loved the apartment and the size.
Bed was super comfy.
Lots of storage.
Large shower.

Great time in Florence!
Pros:

Great location! I liked how apartment looked like. Nice living room and kitchen area. 4th floor was great. Beds super comfortable. Tea and coffee making possibility is always good. If you open window, you get nice vibes from streets. Late check out was great.

One weeks stay.
Pros:

The best location, putting everything within walking distance. For a one week stay the room was perfect.

Cons:

Only two things to comment on, the steps into the toilet and the tiny lift. Otherwise everything was good.
