La ubicación está perfecta

Cons:

Que no tienen tantas palapas para la playa. Me senté en el bar con mi hielera y me kitaron. Me hicieron llevar la hielera bastante lejos. uno paga x las instalaciones y resulta k como no avía palapas desocupada me desincomodaron.

We did enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the water and the birds. We used the pools and bar.
Pros:

We didn't use the breakfast.

Cons:

The sink/garbage disposal had a bad odor. It smelled like fish. Luckily we didn't do any cooking so the sink was not an issue other than the smell.

Exceptional stay for the first time in Rocky Point.
Pros:

Everything from the vast room we stay in to all the amenities outside the room.

Nice views-This was an ok stay-the condo is dated in need of new furnishings and renovation.

Location. Pool area and great staff

Cons:

The room. The furnishings are too old, dated property. The second bedroom too dark with small beds. The views are awesome! We paid too much for what the condo is, we expected better 😞

Resort is nice, the room not so much
Pros:

Loved the location and view from the balcony. Ample parking and appreciate having security staff. Staff we I tracked with were great. Nice to have a convenience store at the site.

Cons:

The room is old and definitely needs an update and repairs. No hot water in master shower. Kitchen cabinets need new knobs as some are stripped and come off in your hand. There are also hinges that are broken. No dishwasher pods or detergent for the dishwasher. Couch cushions are worn out and saggy. There are too many pillows in all rooms and deck. There are too many old knick nacks and fake plants that make the room look cluttered. Towels are old and need to be replaced. No shampoo or creme rinse for hair, no body soaps, only soap available is hand soap and liquid dish soap. Mattress in master bedroom is hard as a rock, and it needs to be replaced. Bedspread is old and dusty. The sliding glass door is worn and difficult to close as it sticks in the track. Was very disappointed in the condition of this unit.

Great place to stay if you wan to visit the beach at Puerto Penasco in luxury and comfort.
Pros:

Very clean. Well kept. All of the amenities needed at the condo. The location is excellent. Furniture and all appliances and fixtures were very well kept. We loved the murals and paintings.

Pros:

the views of the ocean was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

the place was equipped with a jacuzzi tub which would have helped my disability that I have if it had worked, there was no water to the tub to fill it, the fixtures were not connected to water
