Хороший номер, но есть детали для улучшения.
Pros:

Номер был чистый и в целом комфортный. Особенно понравились удобный матрас и подушки — было комфортно отдыхать. В номере были кофе и вода, что тоже приятно. В целом гостиница и сам номер производят хорошее впечатление.

Cons:

При заселении нам не объяснили, как попасть в гостиницу с улицы в вечернее время. Позже мы написали хозяину через Booking, и нам прислали код для входа.
Ночью было шумно из-за близкого расположения больницы и сирен скорой помощи.
Завтрак начинается в 08:30, а нам нужно было выходить раньше. К сожалению, кроме хлопьев с молоком, другого варианта раннего завтрака нам предложить не смогли.
Также в микроволновке осталась еда от предыдущих гостей, что было неприятным моментом. В номере были комары.

Buen descanso
Pros:

La habitación muy comoda, la cama y almohadas suaves, para un buen descanso, la habitación amplia para que tengas una buena estancia, calle silenciosa.

Cons:

El servicio de atención por wats requiere mejorar, tuve que llamar para que nos den las claves de accesso, tardan mucho en dar seguimiento al cliente por esa vía. El desayuno es muy básico no lo recomiendo.

Convenient and close to everything. Great little coffee shop across the street.

Very noisy because it’s right by Insurgentes. Front entrance coded door unlocked for one day of trip, lamps broken, no top sheet, continental breakfast lacking items.

Decepcionante y descuidado

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia desde el día que llegamos por lo que, pedimos que nos la limpiasen y nadie pasó. El baño tenía pelos en el urinario y uno en un azulejo que permaneció durante toda la estancia. La habitación estaba destartalada con cables sueltos y enchufes sueltos de la pared. Estábamos en la ultima habitación y había que subir por unas escaleras muy estrechas por las que apenas cabías con una maleta. El wifi no llegaba hasta esa habitación. Los muebles de la terraza estaban rotos, nada que ver con las fotos. El personal de recepción NUNCA está presente, todo se habla por whatsapp

Lo peor de condesa
Pros:

Lo único q me gustó fue la limpieza, la amplitud de la habitación y la atención de la señora del aseo

Cons:

La atención de quien está detrás del WhatsApp poco responde muy demorado ni antes ni después de la llegada, la habitación no tiene aire y hace un calor infernal, es una MENTIRA lo del desayuno es un snack por lo q me sentí engañada , la ubicación no es tan buena, el check out es antes de lo normal a las 11 cuando debería ser 12, no hay recepcionista asi q defiéndete como puedas NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR

Great value in perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Large room w fridge and microwave. Filtered water in shared kitchen. Responsive to communications thru WhatsApp or booking.com

Cons:

A bit worn, bed sheet and towel had a small hole in them. They should not say breakfast included as it’s just a few items placed out in tiny shared kitchen each morning- Cheerios, apples, bread, some suspicious looking jam.

GRAN FRAUDE
Pros:

Cons:

El "hotel" es un fraude. Una cada cuyo habitáculos fueron convertidos en "cuartos". Nada de "desayuno incluido". Había una bata con algunos ingredientes y si querías una quesadilla te la haces tú en una plancha comunal y luego tienes que lavar tus propios trastes. Las camas las hacen cada tercer día, o sea que tú te haces tú propia cama. MAL, MAL, MAL. UN GRAN FRAUDE.
