Pros:

Cute home, loved the decor unique and authentic. It was a fun house included a table for party goodies and to celebrate us. It had a clean pool and filtered water. It even had a kid reading, play house. I took a pic and it was a spacious little nook for napping. Full equipped with toiletries and towels. It was equipped with complimentary drinks, snacks. Guards were all super attentive and made us feel safer.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we were towards the end of the property near the gate. My idea of this vacation was to see the ocean and the sunrise/sunset. This is on me but still enjoy the house. This was mentioned before but we couldn’t walk straight to the beach from complex but had to walk outside the complex. The gates closes at 12pm.

Lovely owner. Very polite and helpful when we couldn’t find the place.
Pros:

Very unique layout with creative art deco design. Very comfortable and wonderful outdoor seating.

Cons:

We weren’t able to access the beach easily because it required two security guards to be on staff. One to watch the front gate and one to watch the back gate that goes to the beach. When we were there, there was only one front guard and we weren’t able to get to the beach because of that. Quite an inconvenience.

Comfortable and clean condominium
Pros:

Nice location to stay with the family. Centrally located minutes from downtown and Puerto Nuevo. The owner was very thoughtful on having a nice birthday decor and cake . Our stay was pleasant.

Cons:

The pool area needs an update on sitting area.

The place is not worth the money we paid.
Pros:

The construction in the condo was horrible! The shower down stairs was spitting water everywhere!! The showerhead was not working properly.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning and everything was constructed poorly
