An uncomfortable stay, not well maintained unit. Small unit size than expected.
Pros:

Location is close to where i need to work for few days. Thats all i like about it.

Cons:

Poorly maintained unit with large mold on the toilet ceiling. Unit cleanliness is perceived as below average with signs of dirty and not properly cleaned especially in the toilet area. Coffee table provided in the unit was about to break apart up to a point it was rectified using a cable tie/tie wrap. Some furnitures like the mirror dressing table looks very well used with signs of wear. While location is close to where i need to work for few days, the rest of the properties does not come close to a decent quality homestay. Feeling so uncomfortable that i have to move out just after a night there and my suggestion to get at least half refund for the early check out to the owner was not entertained. Unit size is not what i expected as well. Seems smaller than what i can get in a nearby 3 star hotel of about the same price but much better location and facilities. I was in unit 19-2-C.
