Pros:

The room is very clean and the facilities are quite good, equipped with a TV, fridge, iron and the board as well as extra beds and pillows. The parking lots are also secured as well. Overall the staff is very responsive and friendly as well

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be improved as the shower temperature is not hot at all, there is no hook to hang our clothes nor the towel as well. The pipe for the toilet bowl needs to be fixed as the water flowing from everywhere from the pipe resulting in water splashes. And the sink water can't flow out. It seems like something has been clogged.
