Communication in advance was good, and the host was willing to add an extra mattress (for charge). The room AC and hot water worked. The sea was visible from the room. Close proximity to the beach and pools below are nice. There are a number of eateries and food in the complex itself. The beds were comfortable. It's nice that the room had a washing machine (though didn't use this time) and refrigerator.
This may be the case for all the rentals in Timurbay, but only one set of key cards was given for each room, and the key card is necessary for using the elevator, getting out of the complex, and entering the room. This means that it's very hard for two people to go anywhere (even just downstairs) at different times, because no one can enter/exit without the key cards. I didn't know this would be an issue, but it would be worth asking if the host could provide an additional set of key cards if you have more than one person staying in the room.
I really don't like the parking garage. This of course is not a room issue, but an overall complex issue. The ramps from one floor to another are extremely narrow, and the parking space for this room required going up and down multiple levels.
Checking out at the end was frustrating as the elevators were quite congested and two of the four elevators were out of service for a period of time. Again, this is not a host issue, but more of a building/complex problem.
The WIFI in the room was not working correctly.
