Buiten was het absoluut niet schoon, mocht wel eens goed geveegd worden en binnen was de vloer ook niet echt schoon. Bleef van alles onder blote voeten hangen, misschien stofzuiger niet in orde..
Central und aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft
Das Apartement war schmudlig. Die ganze Wohnung wart nicht sauber gereinigt! Für den Preis erwarte ich täglich neue Duschtücher, gab es nicht! Der Vorplatz war auch sehr ungepflegt! Das Ckeck-In ist nicht beim Apartment selber finde ich sehr ungünstig mit Gepäck!
Gute Lage nahe beim Botanischen Garten und ideal für Fussgänger gelegen.
Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Von einigen Geschirr-Teilen gibt es nur ein Stück (z.B. kleiner Teller). Am zweiten Tag funktionierte der Strom in der Küche für den Herd, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr. Leider gab es auf unsere Meldung keine Reaktion …
Had all the facilities as advertised. Quiet location and pleasant environment. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment in the courtyard and it was very pleasant place to stay.

The place was clean. The beds comfortable.
It has no air conditioning or ventilation. There are vents to bring in fresh air, but they were not functional. I was told it was normal to be really hot inside. The internal temperature reaches 29 celcious.
Fan are provided, but with no source of fresh air, they only moved the hot air.
We decided last minute to stay one more night but the duplex we spent the night before at the same place, was no longer available, so we had to stay in the studio. It wasn’t that good. Good location, easy to get on the tram, was in a safe neighbourhood
Quite cramped, no way to get airflow as the windows do not open. Beds are in the loft, so it is as hot. Lots of little things not in working order, such as one of the fans and the tv.

Se veia limpio y que tenía una tele. Que tenía muchos utensilios de cocina para poder prepararse cosas.
Me pareció muy inadecuado que no tuviera aire acondicionado o que no hubiera NINGUNA ventana que permitiera algo de ventilación. Habían un par de extractores de aire en el segundo piso y en el baño, pero estos no eran suficientes. Estar en el segundo piso era como estar en un ático donde uno sentía demasiado calor y uno se ahogaba.
- It's very inconvenient. The check-in point is very far from the apartment complex.
- We didn’t know that we have to deposit €300 before we pay. Only after paying, we got message that we have to deposit €300 when we check in (even pay extra €20 for if you don’t have credit card for €300 deposit). And that I couldn’t get that €300 back after 2 weeks from check out day. (When I write this review after almost 2 weeks, I haven’t got €300 deposit back)
- There's no air conditioning, so it's very hot in the summer.
- The trash cans inside the apartment are quite dirty and smelly, and the lids don't close properly. There will be no staff to clean the apartment for guests. Guests must empty their own trash cans and take them to the larger trash bin outside.
- The soundproofing in the apartment was very poor. I could even hear the moans of couples in other apartments (not just the one next door or across, but also from apartments far away).
- The apartment was very small and cramped. The bathroom and toilet is vey tiny and smelled bad throughout the apartment.
- They advertised that they had safety deposit boxes and a balcony/terrace, but in reality, they didn't.
- No smoking but the staff smoked and smelly.
- We booked for 3 nights and paid even more than booking 2 hotel rooms including breakfast, in a nearby location. But we had to move out after only 2 nights because the apartment was terrible.
- Upon entering the apartment complex, right in front of the entrance was a large trash can, as shown in the picture. However, from the first day we moved in until the last day we moved out, that trash can was never emptied.
- Cancellations or changes to the date are not permitted. The apartment description doesn't state "date changes are not allowed." Only when a customer wants to change the date do they inform them that changes are not permitted.

No aircon and it was 33 degrees. The lady at the reception was rude, and the guys working at the apartments were useless. The TV didn’t work either
