Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Les appartements que nous avons loués étaient très confortables, propres et bien agencés. Un tout petit peu loin du parc mais facile d'accès en vélo. Un grand merci au personnel !

Man sollte auf die Vorabreservierung der Parkplätze besser hinweisen. Des Weiteren finde ich bei einer Unterkunft in diesem Preissegment, dass man mindestens alle zwei Tage das Zimmer gemacht bekommt und neue Handtücher angeboten werden.

Cons:

It's not value for money. Its pricey for the space and the facilities provided.
The stove was not easy to operate. Hot water didn't come to the kitchen quickly. The two knobs to control the temprature of water is very 1960's, looks nice but isn't functional.

Beyond our expatations
Pros:

There was no breakfast on the property. There was poor (dangerous) lightning on the two stairs leading to the room entrance door. Without phone light unable to enter the door entry code

Cons:

The couch although looking great was very uncomfortable. The kitchen sink was vey small and unpractical. The operating for the various lightning were confusing and hard to operate. Parking was difficult as we were usually the last ones to arrive. We always were the last ones to arrive, and had difficulties as the last spot was almost impossible to get into. It would be helpful if there's a sign or some indication that as a courtesy paring should be within the limits of the parking spots provided. In addition we were a little taken back that we had to pay an additional EUR 375 to stay the last two nights of our stay in the Penthouse iso the one bedroom apartment. We kind of felt taken since we had reserved the one bedroom for the same price as the Penthouse and by taking the Penthouse we opened up the one bedroom apartment for the "Corso" rate; we were very disappointed that we were not offered the Penthouse at the same rate....

The hotel was beautiful and really highlighted the atmosphere of Noordwijk aan Zee.
Pros:

The views were amazing and the hotel is conveniently located. It is also beautifully designed and decorated and really highlights the atmosphere of Noordwijk aan Zee.

We were travelling for work but I would definitely visit again.

Cons:

The reception could have stayed open a bit longer, we travelled at the end of the workday and just missed the reception by about an hour.
