It suffices for a week, but I will not rent this location/apartment again
Pros:

The room although small is comfortable and has all the modern amenities, even a washing machine which always handy when staying longer than 2 -3 days. The private garden in front is lovely although the weather prevented using it. Parking was on the street was no problem as the complex was very sparsely occupied. The apartment is close to the highway and the large Leidschendam shopping center.

Cons:

My biggest complaint is the very loud irritating noise of the trams passing close by from early in de morning until late at nights about every 2-4 minutes. I would suggest that this should be included in the description of the site as this can be prohibitive for some people. Another very disturbing noise is the closing of the apartment doors which need a very strong pull to properly close. So you are presenting with a loud bang when people come home. The TV did not offer anything useful unless one has a Netflix or something like that subscription. Even getting Dutch TV senders was not successful. Internet was barely sufficient taken what is acceptable in 2026. The two beds were ok, but very close to the walls so getting in and out required some gymnastics.

Jó ár-érték arány.
Pros:

Újszerű és tökéletesen felszerelt apartman, kényelmes ággyal, nagyon jó közlekedéssel a centrum felé. Villamosok és vonat is megáll a közelben.

Cons:

A vonat közelsége miatt az apartman hangos volt.

Well styled apartment, close to Den Haag, easy access to tram and metro and close to Den Haag station.

Cons:

Can be noisy right next to the tram line. Room was smaller than I expected and the beds as well.

El entorno.

Cons:

Los tranvias que pasan por un puente, justo a lado, y este hecho hace mucho ruido.
Aparte parece que intentaron forzar la puerta a la terraza pq la madera esta dañado, se podia haberlo arreglado.
Las manchas en el sofa.

Top, ideaal verblijf voor een paar nachtjes op een ideale locatie!
Pros:

Heerlijk bed, ideaal dat je een eigen keuken én wasmachine hebt. Fijne badkamer, leuk eethoekje. Gewoon goed en fijn aangekleed! Lekker dichtbij Voorburg en het centrum van Leidschendam. Ik kom graag weer. Neem wel oordopjes mee ivm de metro ;)

Cons:

Het had ietsjes beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden, zoals in de badkamer. De deur naar het terras ging helaas niet open.

Cons:

Es war ein Zimmer für 3 Personen bestellt, bei der Ankunft war nur für 2 gerichtet. Das Housekeeping kam ziemlich schnell, aber erst auf Anweisung richteten sie das Sofabett. Somit war der Ess und Wohnraum ausgefüllt. Das Doppelbett stand direkt da wenn man zur Zimmertür rein kam. Also das Zimmer war definitiv zu klein für 3 Personen. Zudem hatte das Bad nur eine Schiebetür. Und in diesem Bad stank es extrem nach Ablfluss die ganze Zeit.
Due Lage des Zimmers war auch direkt ganz unten im EG vor der Treppe. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Bei schriftlichen Fragen auf Englisch an due Rezeption wurde auf niederländisch geantwortet. Alles in allem nicht wirklich zufrieden.

Good value for money but not as comfortable as we expected.

La location è molto carina e funzionale.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo il terzo letto era una sistemazione su un divano letto che già prima di aprirlo era con fodere macchiate, ma quando l'abbiamo aperto per rifare il letto presentava sporcizia (polvere, carta, capelli...) e macchie di liquido sul materasso.
Abbiamo subito avvisato ma ci siamo resi conto che le risposte immediate immesse dall'intelligenza artificiale non ci risolvevano il problema. Abbiamo quindi provveduto in autonomia a spolverare il materasso e a rifare il letto. Anche la cucina presentava macchie di caffè colato nei cassetti..

La proximité avec la station de métro, mais...

Cons:

Nous n’imaginions pas que la proximité avec la station de métro signifiait entendre le pont trembler toutes les 4-5 minutes...
Les 2 premiers jours il y avait une odeur de remontée d’égouts dans la salle de bain.
L'équipement pour manger est sommaire. Une des poele n'était pas adaptée aux plaques à induction.

laut, laut, laut und daher an entspannte Nachtruhe nicht zu denken

- kostenlose Wasserflaschen zur Begrüßung
- Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen
- schnelles Internet
- direkt am Kanal sehr schön gelegen

Cons:

- Bahnbrücke, welche im 5-10 Minuten Takt frequentiert wird (Geräusch von Metall auf Metall, welches sich selbst mit Hilfe von Ohropax nicht ausblenden lässt); vor 6 Uhr morgens geht es los, kurz nach 12 fährt die letzte Bahn
- sehr hellhöriges Gebäude
- Personal, welches keine Rücksicht nimmt und die Türen zu haut, sodass die Wände wackeln
- keinerlei Reaktion des Vermieters (Kontakt ausschließlich via Text) nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass das Licht an meinem Fahrrad defekt ist; als es um das Bezahlen für das Fahrrad ging, war die Reaktion natürlich prompt

Mooie studio maar onhygiënisch
Pros:

Goede ligging vlakbij de tram,gratis parkeren, studio met terras

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek de studio nog heel vuil. Etensresten, aanrecht vies,frigo vuil,vloer niet gepoetst, baardharen in de badkamer, op toilet zit je met je knieën tegen de verwarming
