Pros:

Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento. Algunos focos quemados, no había jabón en el baño, la ventana no se podía abrir. No tiene aire acondicionado y fuimos en Junio, el calor era insoportable. No me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Goede ligging, mooi ingericht, ruim, heel netjes. ,

Vrij veel geluid, zowel van andere huurders als van de straat en vooral de tram op de ik ijzeren brug.

Lokalizacja, wposażenie pokoju i kuchni

Cons:

Bral mydła czy żelu pod prysznic w łazience i umieszczenie go ... w kuchni ... Dobrze że po papier toaletowy nie trzeba było wychodzić na taras.. Szkoda, taki drobiazg a trochę zepsuł ogólne wrazenie...
Trochę uciążliwe pobliskie metro i tramwaje - brak klimatyzacji uniemożliwiał zamknięcie okna a dni były gorące.

Schöner Ort, schönes Zimmer, aber lieber im EG als oben
Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt am Wasser und an der Bahn. Das Zimmer war perfekt, leider nur eine Mülltonne für alles. Es gab ein Ventilator und Bügeleisen, super!

Cons:

Die Treppen nach oben, zu steil. Gut das unser Zimmer unten war. WC und Küche kein Mülleimer. Das Geschirr hat etwas gerochen und die Bettwäsche hat gestunken. Gut das wir unsere eigenen Sachen dabei hatten. Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem aber für 2 Nächte ok.

De locatie en de online bereikbaarheid van het team.

Cons:

Er is wel veel achterstallig onderhoud nodig. Zoom gordijnen los, achterwand kledingkast los, strips bij voordeur los, douchekoppen verstopt/kalk, losgelaten tochtstrip raam, krakende boxspring bedden, plafondlampen vernieuwen, grondige schoonmaak vooral in badkamer, toiletborstel vernieuwen, slechte tv ontvangst.
