Solid choice for business, not for leisure.
Pros:

Convenient location, well equipped room, nice view.

Cons:

The noise from the train tracks is overwhelming. I know the property cannot control this, but the main issue was the heat. The week of our stay was very hot, and the room has no AC. So we either had to open the windows and amplify the already loud noise, or close the windows and swim in our own sweat. Needless to say, I only managed to sleep for 2-3 hours every day.

Bedden cq matrassen smerig!
Vlekken etc.
Verschrikkelijk geluidsoverlast van trein remise 100 meter verderop, en overlast van verkeer.
Superwarm geen (werkende) airco!!
Nooit weer dit verblijf!

Passable for 2 nights but not the place to return
Pros:

Location was the only thing which was OK

Cons:

Given the price I would say: borderline scam:
1. We booked a room for three persons. The room accommodates only two: two chairs, not enough cutlery in the kitchen etc.
2. Sofa bed not usable at all. You cannot unfold it since the room is too small and it does not fit. So our daughter had no place to sleep. Finally we put the matresses on the floor for her.
3. Problems with self-check-in: after we got to the keybox -> there was no key inside, so we had to call the owner.
4. Dirty dishes in the cupboards probably not cleaned after previous guests (or yet more previous) -> we didn't use them since there were traces of food residues.
5. No light in the main room: out of 4 bulbs, only 2 were on. We had to use the light of our mobiles in the evening to prepare food etc.
6. General cleanliness of the place .

I am not recommanding this property to anyone.
Pros:

The family appartement I rented for 2 days was small and the noisy beds were horrible. We couldn’t sleep on the bumpy mattresses. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Cons:

The location. It’s near the city centre.

Sehr schön.
Pros:

Sehr sehr gut, schöne unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Fernseh war auch Netflix kompatibel das war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war ein bisschen dreckig wie wir angekommen sind, daher haben wir das ein bisschen sauber gemacht. Aber dies war weiter nicht so schlimm.

Pros:

De locatie is zeer centraal, vlakbij openbaar vervoer en uitvalswegen. Daarom wel veel verkeersgeluid.

Cons:

De schoonmaak was niet top. Het bed is erg klein, 1m40 breed. En jammer dat er geen raam open kan, alleen de balkondeur.

Het is een mooi en net appartement voor twee personen.
Pros:

Het was goed bereikbaar en het was er heel netjes. Bij vragen werd je snel geholpen via de app.

Cons:

De wc was niet zo handig geplaatst in de ruimte. En de slaapbank functioneerde niet zo goed.

Dos baños, en uno ducha y lavabo y en el otro retrete y lavabo, entrada exterior e interior

Cons:

Las toallas que en 6 días de alojamiento solo se lavaron una vez y porque las llevé yo a una lavandería. No sabía si nos las cambiaban o no, no nos informaron en ningún momento.

Die Lage war gut. Bahnstation ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Das Schlafsofa konnten wir wegen Platzmangel nicht auseinander klappen. Sehr hellhörig.

Pros:

Die Lage war recht gut. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Mit etwas Glück sind kostenlose Stellplätze an der Straße verfügbar.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war wesentlich kleiner, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Leider war das Bett das einzige saubere in der Unterkunft.

Aus dem Bad hat es gestunken. Der Tisch war nicht sauber und hatte Essensreste auf der Tischplatte und den Stühlen. Das Geschirr war zu großen Teilen schmutzig.

Durch die beengte Bauweise berührt man zwangsweise den CO2 Messer, welcher allerdings nicht richtig befestigt war und somit der Deckel bei der kleinsten Berührung abfiel und durch den Kontakt einen Stromschlag auslöste.

Vom Flur her kamen auch sehr unangenehme Gerüche in das Appartement. Zum Lüften blieb einem nur die Türe zum Balkon. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden.

Sehr schade alles.

The location is perfect. The terrace is very big but due to the bad weather (raining all the time and cold) we could not use it.
