Nicht noch einmal.
Pros:

Wir haben spontan unseren Sohn mitgenommen, und die Gastgeber zeigten sich flexibel und gaben uns zusätzliches Bettzeug für das Schlafsofa.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war teilweise sehr schmutzig. Einige Gegenstände (Dekoration/Möbel) waren kaputt. Es gab Flecken an den Wänden. Das Schlafsofa war stark verschmutzt, sodass man ohne etwas drunter darauf nicht sitzen konnte

In general I like the hotel, it's closeness to metro, peaceful surrounding, Nice views

Cons:

They said fan will be provided to beat the heat but none was provisioned. Keeping the windows was not practical as for 3 nights there were guests in adjacent rooms balcony making a lot of noise till 1am..

Die Unterkunft ist mit ihrer Lage in einer europäischen Großstadt mit Abstrichen akzeptabel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, zentrumsnah und in relativ grüner Umgebung.

Cons:

- Wir hatten mit Aufbettung für 3 Personen gebucht. Leider gab es dafür kein Bettlaken und vor Ort war keine Person ansprechbar.
- Die Sonne heizt den Raum sehr stark auf.
- Die Lüftungs- oder Klimaanlage ist defekt. Aber es gibt einen Ventilator.
- Wer vor hat, Toilettenpapier zu benutzen, sollte selbst welches mitbringen.
- Die nahe Eisenbahnbrücke ist sehr laut, wenn ein Zug oder Straßenbahn sie passiert. Es gibt sehr viel Zugverkehr.

Location is good and near the metro station. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Some things were missing like no cutlery in the kitchen, given the European summer they did not provision the fan in the room, this particular room lacked ventilation as windows can't be opened. Request for services was not fulfilled.

La décoration et la facilité pour avoir les clés

Cons:

Environnement beaucoup trop bruyant! Le train qui passe sur le pont juste à côté toutes les 5 minutes plus la grand routes avec énormément de circulation.. ce n'est pas du tout reposant..

We zijn na een uur vertrokken terwijl we twee nachten hadden geboekt.
Cons:

Het was binnen minstens 26 graden terwijl de ramen open stonden en het buiten 21 graden was. De team die om de paar minuten voorbij komt maakt ook echt veel kabaal. Je kan dus kiezen tussen de hitte of iets minder geluidsoverlast. De bank is ook te smerig om op te zitten en zit helemaal vol met ranzige vlekken waarvan je niet wil weten waar die van zijn.

Für einige Tage war es trotz Mängel gut.
Pros:

Klein aber gemütlich. Hatte eine schöne kleine Terrasse. Schöne Küche. Für zwei Personen ideal.( für mehr Personen geht’s nicht weil man das Sofa nicht ausziehen kann wegen dem Tisch)

Cons:

Defekte Sachen: Lüftung im Bad, Schrank, Mülleimer, Licht an der Dunstabzughaube.
Keine Ablage in Bettnähe.
Ein grosser Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit.

de badkamer stonk vreselijk naar riool. Zelfs luchten hielp niet, na 5 minuten stonk het er weer ernstig. Daarnaast was het beddengoed smerig. Ik had twee nachten geboekt, maar ben van pure ellende eerder naar huis gegaan

Das einzig gute war die Kommunikation. Es wurde schnell geantwortet.

Cons:

Die sehr schmale und steile Treppe im Flur. Der Flur war sehr heiß und stickig.
Auch das Zimmer selbst war sehr stark aufgeheizt, da bei 30 Grad Außentemperaturen nicht abgedunkelt wurde, obwohl Verdunklungs-Gardinen vorhanden sind.
Das Zimmer ( Nr.12) an sich war eigentlich ok, wenn nur nicht das stark verschmutzte Sofa gewesen wäre! Es war nicht nur verdreckt, sondern hatte auch einen großen, eingetrockneten Urinfleck, der noch zu riechen war. Echt ekelhaft! So etwas gehört in keinem Hotelzimmer, sondern auf dem Müll! Gut, dass das Wetter schön war, so haben wir ausschließlich draußen auf dem Balkon gesessen, wenn wir anwesend waren. Auch sollte man erwähnen, dass es bei der Ankunft furchtbar nach Abfluss gerochen hat. Da wurde aber schnell eine Reinigungskraft geschickt um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Die brachte auch ein großes Bettlaken, um das versiffte Sofa abzudecken.
