Children under the age of 14 can stay in the SPA center until 17:00 o'clock.
The time of using the SPA center is limited to 3 hours and takes place at pre-booked dates in order to avoid possible crowds and exceeding the number of people who can be in the SPA center at one time.

Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 5 kilos /11 pounds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

That was a very nice stay. We went when it was not a season yet and booked two rooms. Personnel were kind enough to take my needs into consideration, which I appreciate a lot. The location is not too far from the park; the path to it will be easily covered even if you have elderly relatives with you or children.
The spa within the hotel is not too big, but it's nice. We took several massages and facials and used saunas and the pool a lot. An additional plus for me was removing children from the spa area after a certain hour.
The restaurant is fine; it lacks consistency, but food is not bad. Breakfast was fine too. Not the most diverse, but again, maybe it was that way because it was not a season yet.
Overall this stay was a solid 4/5.

Cons:

I honestly believe this hotel can do better.
Rooms:
- Pillows were terrible. I honestly don't know how one can sleep comfortably on something so stiff. I used a small decorative pillow instead, which was not optimal.
- We had troubles with the water heater in one of our rooms. Even after my complaint and visit of fixers (I believe they visited), the situation didn't improve. It was very uncomfortable.
- We stayed when there were not so many guests in the hotel. But I believe that soundproofing may not be the best. Take it into consideration if you have low tolerance to the noise.
Spa:
- Laking dressing rooms. Like, at all. You have a place with lockers, but how you should change there is your problem.
- Because space is rather small, it can easily become crowded and covered with discarded towels/slippers.

Pros:

This is excellent hotel with great accommodation and extremely professional staff and service.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable with moder design.
Breakfast is made with local food and fresh ingredients.
Spa is lovely, you can definitely send quality time.

Decent stay
Pros:

Parking was convenient and easy. The apartment was spacious, and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

It’s about a 600-meter walk to the promenade area, and at night some of the roads have no street lighting. If you’re not into spas, there’s not much to do in town, at least during our stay in May. Maybe our timing was not right. The bathroom and room were a bit dim, and the mirror light wasn’t working.

Персонал на ресепшен был очень дружелюбным, быстро решал вопросы. Хорошая уборка. В отеле все чисто, все достаточно новое. У номеров на последнем этаже видны потрясающи закаты.
Завтраки вполне разнообразные, много овощей. На ужине так же еда разнообразная, но все в основном с Сербским колоритом. Так же много овощей, сладости, несколько видов горячего.

Cons:

Персонал в СПА. Мы с сыном записались на 2 отдельных, разных массажа. При этом в ценнике есть парный массаж, мы выбрали 2 отдельных. Нас не предепредив запихали в одну общую комнату. Вели себя грубо. Не то что не предложили никакой замены, скидки или еще какого-то варианта, но даже не извинились, вышли мне кажется все сотрудники которые были в СПА в тот момент и орали на меня, что это моя вина, что это нормально. Ребенок мальчик, 14.5 лет. Не понимаю как при заказе еще можно объяснить что 2 массажа - это 2 отдельных массажа. При заказе все это было сообщено.
Так же хочу отметить что в бассейне пока есть дети до 19-00 очень шумно, дети прыгают с бортов, бразгаются фонтанами воды и орут. Лучше ходить после 19-00.
Сам СПА очень приятный, много саун, душевых, несколько джакузи.

Замечательно провели время.
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, доброжелательный персонал, отличный ресторан, спа тоже на уровне! Отель подойдет и для короткого отдыха( провести выходные) и для отпуска. С удовольствием вернемся!
