Close to metro and bus stops.
Many conveniance store options nearby.
Able to communicate via booking messenger instead of 3rd party

Cons:

No or very poor ventilation in bathroom, some repairs needed le.g. shower head
Is a subdivided apartment turned into 3 seperate studio apartments
TV not programmed, unable to receive any free channels
Intermittant issues with wifi
