Отличные апарты в North Beach
Pros:

хорошие апартаменты, все в отличном состоянии, есть мини кухня (холодильник, СВЧ, кофеварка, чайник, раковина стол, столовые приборы). Есть небольшой внутренний двор, закрытый от доступа посторонних.
Апартаменты соседствуют с публичной парковкой (приложение PaybyPhone), в двух минутах несколько кафе, в тч круглосуточный iHop и в трех минутах продуктовый Publix. Берег и прогулочная зона так же в 3 минутах, в номере есть пляжные принадлежности (стул, коврик, зонт)

Cons:

слышимость в номерах чуть выше, чем комфортно, но это специфика американских домов из гипсокартона и дерева. Причем соседство с улицей не приносит неудобств,- звуки внутри дома (двери, шаги, громкие разговоры). Но это не существенно, просто имейте ввиду.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 5 minut od plaży. Miła obsługa obiektu dostępna na miejscu. Obiekt jest starszy ale wszytko odświeżenie, świeża biała pościel i ręczniki kąpielowe. Dodatkowy plus za dostępne ręczniki plażowe, parasol i leżaki.

Cons:

Mały minus za głośną klimatyzację.

Bon séjour à North Miami Beach
Pros:

Le confort, la propreté, la proximité de la plage ( à 5mns à pied ) et les équipements pour la plage ( sièges et parasols et même serviettes de plage ) , le calme et une petite cours fermée.
Une grande surface à 40mns à pied. Des bons restos à proximité.
Arrêts de bus à 5mns à pied.

Cons:

Le matelas un peu moyen.
Salle de bain un peu petite, mais douche grande et jolie.

Pros:

Für ein paar Tage ist das Appartement völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist nach meiner einschätzung sicher.. Supermarkt und Cafés sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Betten sind komfortabel.

El departamento es muy comodo, estaba limpio en general. La ubicación muy buena. Mabel muy atenta y amable. Tiene lavadero de ropa. Las habitaciones y las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Hacía mucho frio ahi adentro, no pudimos regular el aire acondicionado. Cuando quise usar la frazada para ponerla en la cama estaba llena de pelos y eso no me gustó.
