這是第二次回訪，兩年前來就想著有一天要再回來。不是高級飯店，但給人回家的感覺，房裡有洗衣機真是太好了，早晨出門運動，回來就能洗個衣服！
雖然房內有使用的痕跡，但滿乾淨的，甚至浴室膠條也沒發霉。這次入住的房間格局非常喜歡，鄰近主道，外面車來人往聲較大，我第一天比較不習慣，之後都睡得很好，若要安靜些，另一側的房型比較適合。
管理人在check out 時詢問有什麼需要改進的，已建議房內小廚房能增加刀子和廚房紙巾。
Excellent accommodation. We had a lovely river view, lovely friendly staff. 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge and 30 minutes to the beach. Rooms were spotless and our room had a washing machine. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Starbucks a few doors up and lots of grocery stores near by. Fantastic massage place across the street.

The apartment was very spacious. It had all the basics, and everything worked. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed is on the floor, which was unexpected, but I got used to getting on it. The bathroom was well-equipped with plush towels and basic consumables. The location was central and easy to navigate from. It was easy to get to the river, the beach, and into town. There were a few mini marts along that street and a pharmacy next-door for essentials. The nearest ATM did not accept my card, so I had to walk a little further to find an ATM that worked for me. Luckily, that ATM also doesn't charge for services. The receptionist was helpful and very kind. She helped me with my luggage. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.
I didn't like that the nearby ATM didn't work for me. They also didn't have an ironing board in the room. These are minor things that were outweighed by all the positive things.

Хороший отель с удобным расположением в городе. Из аэропорта около 15 минут езды. Я жила в 701 номере. На верхнем этаже. При заселении было очень жарко, включила кондер и стало прохладно. Дверь на балкон плохо работала, неплотно прилегала и поэтому было достаточно шумно в номере и холод из кондиционера выходил на улицу. О данной ситуации сообщила на ресепшене. В номере все было. По просьбе мне объяснили, как пользоваться стиральной машиной. Вода бесплатная только на столике, в холодильнике в бутылочках платная. Девушка на ресепшене очень добрая и отзывчивая, спасибо ей за все. Расположение очень удобное, все под рукой. Спасибо!
Bạn Host tên Tâm rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Quản lý tên Yến cũng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi.

Many little ants especially kitchen area. Air conditioning didnt cool enough. Remote television didnt work, seems out of battery. Asked the staff to fix the air conditioning. they tried to check it but they said it maximum already in 18c. We still could sleep just a bit warm then usual.
The room itself was good and had the necessary facilities. Truc Khanh, the receptionist, is adorable, gorgeous, and extremely helpful. Ngoc Tam another receptionist is very accommodating and helpful too.
The price was a bit higher than normal (could be because of firework). The dramatic part was my room window view; far from my expectation, unfortunately.

Very comfortable, friendly staff , clean , quiet ,great river view, motor bike parking underneath building, I’d recommend this property, everything close , In between city and beach , if you have motorcycle much better , but very cheap for grab $2 $3 Australian to city or beach ,
Nothing to not like

Modern and nicely designed room with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a small kitchen, a TV with all the essentials, strong Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very nice. The location is convenient, positioned between the beach and the city center with restaurants and shops nearby. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay! The room was cleaned daily and overall the stay was pleasant.
In my case (room 701), the street noise was constant (morning, afternoon and evening), so I recommend requesting a room on the back side. Smoking on the balcony was not allowed even though I booked it partly for that reason, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Cleanliness looked fine at first, but the wardrobe was dusty and dirty, as well as the floor was mostly not properly cleaned until I mentioned it. During checkout one staff member was quite unfriendly. Which was kinda sad to experience.
Also, there was a 3% surcharge when paying by credit card (for the room and the Ba Na Hills tour).
For these reasons I sadly can’t give a 10-star review, even though I would have liked to.

1 Our room was on the 4th floor. The view out of our window was the neighbor insightful house
2 provided slippers were unclean
3 we booked for 8 nights. There were lots of mosquitos in our room on the 6th night. We were bitten when sleeping at night so we forfeited the remainder of our stay and booked a different hotel.
