Fantastic hotel in a quiet central location.
Pros:

We had a great 2 weeks from 9th to 23rd July.
Irene and Nick at reception and Netti at breakfast with her tasty chocolate pancakes ( apologies if my spelling on the names is not correct).
Had a little issue with room size but Irene sorted it out and we had a couple of options, so thanks for that . My wife's birthday was on the 18th and she was presented with a beautiful cake which went well with the previous bottle of prosecco that we were given.
Rooms were a good size with a seaview looking towards the opposite side of caldera and balcony.
Rooms were cleaned daily with plenty towels.
Aircon was welcomed as it was pretty hot.
Taxis were arranged for us at arrival and departure.
We had a after midnight arrival and it was no problems.
So thanks for the wonderful stay and we will certainly return.

The staff was super nice!

Cons:

The bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I've ever been in. The shower leaked all over the floor.The room smelled. We were told at check-in that the room we were getting had been recently remodeled. Hope they didn't have to pay for that remodel. The whole room was depressing; so very small with nowhere to put anything, especially a big suitcase. Would not choose to stay there again.

Pros:

It’s really close to the bus station, easy to get around, as well as close to downtown Fira. Room was spacious with a jacuzzi on the terrace where you can relax if you don’t wanna use the pool
