Pros:

Posizione centrale, permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le attrazioni del centro.
L'appartamento è grande e pulito
La reception si trova in un edificio vicino, quindi comodo per ritirare le chiavi e andare nel nostro alloggio.
Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e pronto a fornirci informazioni su ristoranti, parcheggi o attività da fare.

L'arredamento è datato
In bagno faceva un caldo tremendo, anche per la mancanza delle persiane nella finestra. Per fortuna in tutto il resto della casa c'è l'aria condizionata

Pros:

ottima posizione, nel centro storico di Alba. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, leggermente datato ma va più che bene. Ha parcheggio privato (a pagamento, ma comodo e facente parte della struttura). Lo staff è sempre presente e pronto a risolvere eventuali problematiche (ma non ne abbiamo avute!), ha dato validi suggerimenti sia relativamente al soggiorno che a cosa vedere o dove andare a mangiare (ad Alba e dintorni). Davvero soddisfacente! Grazie.

Super Lage, Alba ist eine tolle Stadt
Pros:

Die Beratung durch den Rezeptionisten, er hatte supergute Tips und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke Gianni. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ideal.

Cons:

Sehr viele steile Treppenstufen zur Wohnung, Nix für ältere Leute.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist unschlagbar. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

The staff is incredible -- they were quick to accommodate any changes or issues, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed for my stay -- even put a box of salt in my kitchen when I mentioned I didn't have any! It was very quiet and the location was convenient - central to walk everywhere in town, but with parking!

Cons:

Only thing - reception is closed from 12-3. They are clear about this and wasn't a big issue for me, they also gave me a phone number in case I needed someone, but obviously not as convenient as having reception open all day.

Comfortable, modern, convenient. Staff very knowledgeable and quick to respond.
Pros:

Clean, modern, well located. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Kitchen equipment very limited. Air conditioning didn’t work last two nights.
