Pros:

The location is great because it's just around the corner from restaurants by the Alba girl statue. The bed was firm and big. The staff are fantastic, and a special thank you to Gianni who drove in early when we left the keys in the room and couldn't get our car out of the secure parking.

Cons:

The utensils for cooking were not that great, and the place is dated, but otherwise functional.

Visto che il comune in cui abbiamo soggiornato richiede un rigido rispetto della raccolta differenziata, e visto che, purtroppo, da comune a comune il conferimento dei rifiuti differisce, sarebbe utile un vademecum per evitare errori

La posizione eccezionale che offre la possibilità di raggiungere il centro a piedi, in pochi minuti.
Il nostro alloggio era al secondo piano (senza ascensore) per cui potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha bagagli pesanti o difficoltà a salire le scale.
Appartamento abbastanza grande e confortevole. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e pronto a fornire suggerimenti e consigli. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Cons:

Mancanza di ascensore, necessita di lasciare una cauzione di Euro 100 (prontamente restituita). È la prima volta che mi viene richiesta e non ho gradito, capisco la necessità di tutelarsi.....ma 100 Euro non coprono alcun danno e denotano sfiducia nel cliente. Io scelgo la vostra struttura (fidandomi di voi), ma voi non vi fidate di me! Booking dovrebbe tutelare gli host....non chiedere ai clienti di farlo per loro, richiedendo loro di lasciare cauzioni (poco gradite).

Appartamento in pieno centro, grande, pulito, confortevole; il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e disponibile ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipato. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze.
