Un adorable logement très fonctionnel ❤️
Pros:

Grand pour 2. On pouvait ouvrir et ranger les valises facilement !
Très fonctionnel : lave-linge / sèche linge avec lessive et adoucissant intégrés. Cuisine fonctionnelle si on veut se préparer à manger.
Beau.
Bien desservi en bus et un métro assez proche.
Petites attentions (nos noms sur la boîte aux lettres par exemple ❤️)
Vélos disponibles gratuitement (attention en centre ville et près des lieux touristiques il faut souvent payer un parking à vélo malgré l'antivol intégré)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement qui a contribué à nous faire apprécier la jolie ville de Kyoto.

Cons:

Des détails mineurs :
Prévoir un masque de nuit si vous avez besoin du noir complet pour dormir : il n'y a que des rideaux.
Pas de mitigeur dans la douche et une pression très forte très vite.
Pas d'ascenseur mais seulement 2 petits étages (même avec de grosses valises ça se fait).

Cons:

This apartment has a high tax, you don’t see it a booking while searching. Only when you pay you can recognize (or not) the real price.

They have no lifts! If you have heavy luggage no one helps you, because there is no receptionist here.

Our room on second floor had very bad mold smell, it’s coming from bathroom. I also noticed mold on windows.

Tried to use fork, but it’s was dirty. Not every thing is clean there.

I don’t recommend this place. No true price in a search, and for this service I think it’s overpriced.

Pros:

J'ai apprécié la chambre avec tatamis, les lits futons surélevés et très confortables, la table basse sur tatamis pour déjeuner. Nous avons utilisé les vélos en libre-service qui sont en très bon état.

Quiet, comfortable, in a residential neighborhood with a personality of its own.
Pros:

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood! Hosts provided great info about the city. Having access to bikes allowed us to explore the city with ease. I would definitely come back to this place!

Pros:

Beds are confortable, the appartment location is really in the center close to public transportation and the host answers really fast. I even extended my stay for one more night because I didn't want to move. The host was super flexible and allowed me to take one more night, it was super easy.

Pros:

Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour deux nuits ! On a même trouvé des parapluies, des adaptateur pour les prises (bien qu’on avait pas besoin personnellement c’est le premier hôtel où je vois ça) et surtout des vélos ! 🤩

Nous, on adore faire du vélo quand on vient à Kyoto donc avoir des vélos à disposition était vraiment génial !

Cons:

Les rideaux laissent passer beaucoup de lumière même fermé. On s’est réveillé plus tôt le matin même quand on se couchait tard. Ce qui n’est pas non plus désastreux si on veut avoir du temps de profiter de son séjour au maximum !🤭

Estancia agradable
Pros:

La ubicación y el barrio es muy tranquilo, mucho transporte. Caminando a 10 minutos de la estación de tren.

Cons:

La limpieza, parecía que no habían limpiado en algún tiempo.
El edificio vecino tienen prendida la luz toda la noche.
