Value for Money
Pros:

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. Although we checked in quite late and didn’t manage to explore much, the staff thoughtfully left us clear instructions for the self check-in process, which made everything very smooth and hassle-free.

Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and efficiently designed the space was. Definitely value for money, and we would consider staying here again if we return to Kyoto.

Cons:

Surroundings don’t have much amenities. May need to drive.

Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden
Pros:

Freundlich, alles sauber, moderne Ausstattung, gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, bequeme große Betten, Balkon, Klimaanlage, regelmäßige Reinigung (ca. 2 mal in der Woche). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

We had an enjoyable stay for 6 nights
Pros:

The location is very good and very close to train station,room was spacious enough and liked the bidet toilets ,staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We thought that since our room was an apartment there would be a washing machine to use,not many restaurants close by

Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Alles wurde freundlich und genau erklärt. PKW Parkplatz gegen übersichtliche Gebühr vorhanden.
Wir haben sogar 3 Tage verlängert.
Kombini und BhF zu Fuß erreichbar für gute Fußgänger. PKW wäre aber besser da die Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Randgebiet liegt.
ZIMMER bzw. Appartment ist großzügig und praktisch. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Erklärungsmappe in Englisch. Stabiles und gutes WLAN. Wandschrank mit Koffer Space. Schlafraum mit Tür zum restlichen Appartement.
BETT eher die härtere Fraktion, aber durchaus sehr bequem und sehr gut zu beschlafen.
BADEZIMMER sehr sauber, duschen tut man in einem extra Raum in dem auch die Badewanne ist. Funktion ist für Europäer ungewöhnlich aber problemlos. Fungiert auch als Trockner für gewaschene Wäsche.
WC separat
Küchenzeile sauber, funktional, Seife, Lappen, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Induktions Herd alles da.

Cons:

Tipp: größere Kaffeetassen und einen 2ten Stuhl (Sessel kann weg) zum sitzen am Tisch.

Peaceful family stay in a perfect location
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Zen Apartment. The location was fantastic, being very close to the train station while still tucked away in a quiet area from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The building had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. There was a beautiful bar next to reception which was a relaxing place to unwind after busy days exploring. Our kids also loved feeding the koi fish in the pond out the front. The room was very clean and well presented, and although it had two double beds, it still felt spacious enough for our family of four. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Cons:

There was very little we didn’t like during our stay. Everything was clean, peaceful and comfortable for our family

空間很大，住起來很舒適，可設備一應俱全，價錢便宜，CP值高！

Cons:

地點雖然離車站不遠，但附近比較昏暗，晚上坐電車出站走去check in會一時迷失方向，會有點害怕，自駕來比較適合。
