Pros:

The manager Aaron was the perfect host, he answered all my inquiries on the spot and facilitated parking for my friend to pick me up. The housekeeping team were amazing, and cleaned the apartment each day. check in and out was very easy with easy access to the secured building. For no fault of the management, wifi did not work for a while and Aaron shared their private password on the spot (that was amazing)this is my second time staying at Imperial for a work trip and i will definitely bring my family in the future when visiting Milano.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great for families and fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Our accommodation was very clean and spacious. We were travelling with our toddler and they had everything we needed set up when we checked in. Highly recommend.

Tolles Apartment und sehr nette Gastgeber

Cons:

Leider war es sehr laut, weil an einer belebten Strasse. Vibrationen der U-Bahn stark zu hören ... leider ein bekanntes Problem in Mailand.

Perfect location and very good value for money. Easy communication and flexible.

Cons:

The layout was not the most optimum. Significant noise from the tram and people. Frames should be replaced with new ones or at least add internal ones. Design was minimal but could have some more decoration.
