Great family hotel with everything you need during a short stay
Pros:

Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff, fast checkin and everything you need within the property. Even if you need basic grocery there is a store available. Waterpark is right next door.

Cons:

Breakfast choice of food, could be improved. Music a bit loud at the pool during the day.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel L’escale in Morocco. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed, and it was easy to see the care and attention the hotel gives to its guests in every detail.

The hotel structure is excellent — very organized, comfortable, and pleasant. The rooms are outstanding, extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing and peaceful stay. Everything reflects quality, comfort, and professionalism.

But the real highlight of Hotel L’escale is definitely the staff. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, always with kindness, attention, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help.

We would especially like to thank Souheil P, Majda, Kawtar, and Ichrak, who were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay.

And a very special thank you to Nassima, who truly made a difference in our experience. Her kindness, warmth, attention, and exceptional customer service represent a level of hospitality that is rare to find nowadays. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and at home.

Without a doubt, we highly recommend Hotel L’escale to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent facilities, and above all, warm and human hospitality. We hope to come back soon!
