Les points positifs de cet établissement sont le travail irréprochable des femmes de ménage, la sécurité autour de l’hôtel ainsi que la piscine et les toboggans adaptés aux jeunes enfants. Ces aspects ont contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable.

Cons:

Le confort de la literie a été le plus gros point noir. Les lits étaient très inconfortables, au point que mon mari a souffert de fortes douleurs au dos pendant tout le séjour et a fini par dormir sur le canapé, qui était encore moins confortable.

La personne qui nous a accompagnés à notre chambre, Idriss, nous a beaucoup parlé de son expérience dans de grands hôtels de Marrakech, mais cela ne reflétait malheureusement pas la qualité de notre hébergement. La chambre était extrêmement petite pour un séjour de 10 nuits avec deux enfants en bas âge. Le mobilier et la décoration étaient très anciens, l’armoire difficile à ouvrir et insuffisante pour ranger les affaires d’une famille de quatre personnes.

La cuisine et certains équipements paraissaient vieillissants et peu rassurants à l’usage. Dans la salle de bain, il manquait également des espaces de rangement simples pour poser les produits du quotidien.

Après trois jours, j’ai essayé de faire part de ces problèmes à Idriss. Comme il était occupé avec d’autres clients, je lui ai demandé de passer me voir lorsqu’il serait disponible. Malheureusement, il n’est jamais venu.

Au final, le tarif restait correct, ce qui compense en partie ces défauts, mais le confort général du logement est à revoir.
