Mycket trevlig stad, fin strand, härligt läge på hotellet med närhet till allt du kan önska dig.
Pros:

Det var ett mycket trevligt hotell med trevlig personal och rent och fräscht. Mycket fint rum med balkong och härlig utsikt. Livligt på kvällarna men inget som störde oss i alla fall. Housekeeping var enastående och gjorde väldigt fint på rummet varje dag. Personal i övrigt var också mycket trevliga och damen som gjorde omelett varje morgon ska ha en stor eloge. Hon bakade också mycket goda bakverk och bröd varje morgon.

Cons:

Det fanns ingenting som vi var missnöjda med.

Everything was amazing
Pros:

The hotel service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and everything was very clean and organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Everything was great!

Очень хороший апарт отель с кухней, можно готовить, чисто, мягкие но удобные кровати, неплохие завтраки, но надеюсь в сезон более разнообразные. Очень близко к набережной и пляжу Клеопатры. Вера - сердце этого отеля, очень отзывчивая.

Cons:

Шум от дороги, некоторые номера выходят на улицу с активным трафиком, спать с открытыми окнами невозможно, учитывайте это при заселении.

Pros:

Location was perfect, room was clean, I was completely satisfied.

Cons:

Staff could speak English but not very well, and the lights of Restaurant were always off und was a bit dark.

Персонал отеля очень внимательный и дружелюбный. Вкусные завтраки. Хороший интернет (было причиной выбрать этот отель среди прочих). Удобное расположение, не требуется ходить высокого в горы, недалеко начинается пляж Клеопатра и вполне комфортно добираться в центр в сторону крепости. В номере современная техника и посуда, удобно готовить, мы готовили всего лишь пару раз, но вот стиральная машина и сушилка на балконе выручала.

В принципе, если кому-то важен хороший интернет, то рекомендую. За неделю не случилось ни одной проблемы ни во время созвонов рабочих ни в других случаях.

После выезда из отеля просидел в рабочих созвонах пару часов в гостевой где раздают завтраки, мне даже принесли чай!

Cons:

Была проблема с отсутствием горячей воды утром, но она решилась крайне быстро и в принципе никаких неудобств не доставила.

Pros:

Perfect hotel for families, washing machine and a full equipped kitchen, shower is fantastic and hot.
Staff are lovely, the spa is totally worth a visit too.

Location of the hotel is 2 minutes walk from Cleopatra beach.

Quite area and the ACs works perfect (cold and hot)

We will sure be back again

Pros:

Am so rude for forgetting the ladies name with the blonde hair she was amazing the whole time, from checking us in to saying hi and blowing us kisses she is the credit to the hotel ❤️
