Wer viel Wert auf eine zentrale Lage legt und nur zum Schlafen in die Unterkunft kommt, ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut gelegen.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind extrem undicht (teilweise bei geschlossenem Fenster 1cm Schlitz), wodurch es zum einen sehr laut war (Bar direkt unter dem Fenster und viel Lärm durch Autos/Tram) und zum anderen sehr schnell warm im Zimmer wurde.
In der Küche war die Ausstattung noch ausbaufähig - es gibt zB keine Schüsseln.

Pros:

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben.
Es war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich sehr zentrale Lage. Außerdem war es obwohl das Apartment sehr zentral gelegen war im Apartment selber angenehm ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

הריצפה היתה מעט מלוכלכת, מזרן מפוצל ומאוד רך שלא היה נוח לישון, היה לי חשוב מזרן זוגי כמו שהמיטה רשומה זוגית. השירותים היו מעט מלוכלכים, והספוג ניקוי של השירותים מלוכלך עם שאריות גדולות של צועה מאורחים קודמים.

Great weekend.
Pros:

I stayed at Karlito Apartmenthaus and had a very good stay overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, bars, and public transportation.

The rooms are simple but comfortable and practical. There is a nice friendly bar downstairs, though it can be a bit crowded and noisy on weekends.

Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Karlito Apartments.

Cons:

The balcony is very small and only really suitable for one person.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. U- und Straßenbahn unmittelbar vor der Tür und auch fußläufig vieles schnell erreichbar.
Ausstattung gut und der Balkon ist bei gutem Wetter wirklich ein Plus.

Cons:

Unterkunft liegt direkt über einer Bar. Am Wochenende (Samstagnacht) bis 3 Uhr sehr laut, auch noch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
Anordnung der Steckdosen unglücklich.

Cons:

All street parking is paid, so if you're travelling by car and want to pay less for parking you'll need to find an underground parking somewhere else. Fortunately, there's one around 15 minutes walking distance.
