Exceptional!
Pros:

Had a great stay here. The location is perfect for food, coffee, sightseeing, and shopping. The room was big with a very comfy bed, and the bathroom/shower was spotless. They even gave us a welcome gift. Breakfast was included at a nearby café with plenty of choices, just a few minutes’ walk from the building. Overall, we had an excellent time.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική διότι είσαι σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τα πάντα. Μπαρ, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα καθώς και στάσεις μετρό και ηλεκτρικού.

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να είχε λίγες παραπάνω κάψουλες καφέ. Είχε μόνο δύο ενώ μείναμε δύο βράδια - δεν καλύπτουν καν τον πρωινό σου καφέ.

Sehr gute Wahl für Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Lage (inkl. Nähe zur Metro und Akropolis) und Ausstattung und Optik des Zimmers war super. Check in war mit den entsprechenden Anweisungen absolut unproblematisch.
Die Option, bei inkludiertem Frühstück in verschiedenen Cafés zu frühstücken hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider sind die Türen sehr schlecht gedämmt, man hört defacto jeden Gast, der seinen Code beim Zimmer eingibt (Vielleicht könnte man einfach den Ton ausschalten?) und - wenn man über den Tag schlafen will - auch die Putzfrau und die Waschmaschine. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, geht ohne Ohropax nichts.
Die Polster waren für uns persönlich leider viel zu hoch.

Konumu mükemmel her şey elinizin altında. Binadan çıktığınız an, kahve, yemek ne ararsanız bir sürü seçenek var.

Cons:

Oda rutubet kokuyordu bir de alt ya da üst katında bir giyim atölyesi varmış, gündüz sürekli dikiş makinalarının sesi odaya geliyordu.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και σε καλή τοποθεσία

Cons:

Καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Είχε πάρα πολύ φασαρία κάθε βράδυ από τα διπλανά διαμερίσματα. Επίσης η θέα έξω ήταν βρώμικες ταράτσες και για αυτο ήταν μονίμως κλειστές οι κουρτίνες.

Simply the best RBNB I came across so far
Pros:

Great price for what was on offer, It had microwave and a toaster which I never seen before in this category, large rooms and many facilities and great location near monastiraki station and adjacent to the hip Aeolou street with many bars and restaurants. It seems to me that some RBNBs in Athens offer massive last minute discounts, during low peak seasons...this the 2nd time I got a great price just hours before check in...do NOT try this on the high season

Cons:

No check in desk..although the instructions were clear and effective... so I am really nitpicking here...I was worried a bit as I am not used to these 'automated' check in process, but it all worked fine and I would definitely stay there again, I wish I had spent more time there
