Ook zonder ontbijt een goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding want veel concurrentie is er niet!
Pros:

We mochten de fietsen in de hal beneden veilig stallen.
Centrale ligging nabij prima restaurant, bakker en Delhaize.
Gelegen direct aan autovrij stuk fietsroute RAVel7; zéér rustig en schitterend langs de Ourthe tussen Tilff en Hamoir

Cons:

De vloerbedekking in de gang en op de trap is weliswaar niet vies maar ziet er ietwat smoezelig uit.

Pros:

Very spacious room, in a good location with public free parking and comfortable bed. The room was equipped with an air condition which was a delighter given the heat wave. It's a good place for a short stay.

The room was in a decent condition in terms of cleanliness, it has room for improvement. For a short stay, it's recommended and has some basic amenities but for a longer stay or more quality amenities, there are some small improvements which could elevate the experience.

Pour un court séjour c'était globalement satisfaisant.
Pros:

La cuisine était bien fournie, l'appartement est joli et agréable. Literie propre et confortable. Serviettes de bain disponibles.

Cons:

Malgré plusieurs indications concernant le wifi, nous n'avons jamais réussi à nous connecter, soit les informations/codes étaient incorrects soit la connexion était non existante. Le logement a été rapidement nettoyé mais n'était pas totalement propre, beaucoup de poussière sous les lits et sous les lavabos de la salle de bain, ainsi qu'autour de la toilette par exemple. Pas de serviettes pour les mains. Pas de boulloire ou alors nous ne l'avons pas trouvée.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchfahrt ok. Kostenlose Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe.

Goede ligging, geen ontbijt
Pros:

Ligging in Esneux. Airco.

Cons:

Voor ontbijt wordt je verwezen naar de bakker. In het weekend kun je daar echter geen broodjes krijgen en ze zijn op maandag gesloten. Voor wandelaars zoals wij, is dat een probleem. Zou op de site gecommuniceerd moeten worden. Minder belangrijk, maat tv kregen wij niet aan de praat.

Mooie locatie met gezellige omgeving
Pros:

Fijne lokatie in leuk dorp met airco op de kamer.

Cons:

Geen groot probleem maar je hoorde de mensen op de tweede verdieping lopen. Gelukkig was ‘s nachts alles rustig

Mooi ruim appartement met een mooie badkamer. Heerlijke douche. Ruimte genoeg om je spullen op te hangen. goede airconditioning.

Cons:

Keuken is niet van alles voorzien. Er waren geen messen. Er was maar één vork. Geen spatels of opscheplepels. WiFi haperde nog al eens.

Goed kamer, goede verwarming, goede locatie maar heeft verbeterpunten
Pros:

De kamer en de badkamer waren groot en ruim met mooi uitzicht op de Ourthe. Locatie aan de weg en schuin tegenover de brug. Er was geen ontbijt maar er werd verwezen naar een boulangerie net over de brug. Daar kon uitstekend worden ontbeten. De fietsen konden gestald worden in de opslagruimte van de bijbehorende winkel. Daar kon ook de sleutel worden afgehaald.

Cons:

We hadden kamer 2. Er was een mini hoekkeuken aanwezig en een Senseo koffieapparaat, maar er was slechts 1 Senseopad en geen theezakjes waren aanwezig.
's Nachts was er een hard zoemend geluid waardoor er slecht geslapen werd. Oorzaak was niet te vinden, in ieder geval niet de koelkast of iets anders in de kamer.
Bij onderzoek naar het geluid bleek er veel stof onder het bed te liggen.
