Mooie omgeving, goede service.
Pros:

Bediening, al het personeel was super

Cons:

Door de bruiloftvieringen die hiervgehoyden worden en de nasleep ervan mis je het vakantiegevoel. Met name door de gasten.
En boven onze accomedatie was er na 24:00 elke dag veel geluid.

Struttura con una potenzialità infinita, posizione da favola , immersa in un’area verde meravigliosa. Un plauso speciale alla signora gentilissima che al mattino ha prestato servizio per le colazioni : gentile , attenta , disponibile.

Cons:

Poca cura degli immobili che di fatto necessitano di tanta manutenzione .
La “suite” che mi è stata assegnata presentava la maniglia all’ingresso letteralmente rotta ( restava in mano ); all’interno arredo modesto ma abbastanza pulito non fosse per il
bagno ( fughe nere nella vasca idromassaggio che doveva essere utilizzata come appoggio per fare la doccia ma senza una tenda spargendo acqua per l’intero bagno ) , WC incrostato , attaccapanni cadente.

Pros:

La location è spettacolare, immersi nel verde in questo bellissimo borgo, abbiamo preso la suite con terrazzino davvero bella ,vista mozzafiato .
Ottimo anche il servizio spa con prenotazione privata e il.massaggio a domicilio.

Cons:

La camera bella ma mancava di dettagli, un po spenta , è datata.
Non avevamo la televisione in camera anche se c'era la predisposizione e non era segnalato quando abbiamo prenotato.
Il bagno era cieco ,non il.massimo.
Abbiamo provato anche il.servizio ristorante ma ne il servizio ne il cibo meritavano il prezzo.
Abbiamo aspettato moltissimo tempo solo per l'ordine, e poi altrettanto per ordinare i dolci ,e alla fine abbiamo deciso di non prenderli piu, da evitare quindi.
La colazione era a buffet niente di eccezionale ma comunque discreta.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Borgo meraviglioso! Gli ambienti sono curati, puliti e accoglienti, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. La posizione è strategica, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e rilassante, immersa nel verde e suggestiva. I servizi offerti sono di ottima qualità e contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einem kleinen verlassenen Dorf.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, der Tausch des ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmers nach Ankunft völlig unproblematisch.
Zum Hotel gehört ein gutes Restaurant und ein 20-m-Pool.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war günstig, reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in den alten Häusern eingerichtet. Sehr authentisch und romantisch, aber auch etwas dunkel.
Insbesondere die Dusche in unserem Zimmer ("Adriano") könnte ein Refurb vertragen.
Die Lage ist für Tagesausflüge nicht optimal, man ist fast immer mindestens 1h unterwegs.

Il borgo è molto bello con la zona piscina panoramica. Tanto verde e tutto molto pulito.

Cons:

Le camere (almeno le 3 viste) hanno bisogno di qualche cura in più. Ad esempio il ns materasso si imbarcava e la doccia con l’idromassaggio era molto datata. Una camera ha come apertura solo la porta di ingresso…. Come nei sassi di Matera.
Il bar non funzionava.

Borgo, piscina e buon cibo per chi cerca relax e abbassare il ritmo.
Pros:

Borgo ben ristrutturato, dotato di piscina in un contesto unico di grande impatto. Colazione molto ricca, ristorante con piatti ben preparati, vale la pena fermarsi a cena, pasta fresca fatta in casa e servizio molto cordiale.

Cons:

La camera non aveva imposte o tende oscuranti ma silenziosa. Centro benessere a pagamento (anche se è scritto nel sito). Ristorante piuù che buono ma mi sarei aspettato camino a legna per la ciccia.

Pros:

Borgo incantevole e tenuto molto bene. Buona colazione. Ottima la posizione del borgo rispetto alla vallata.

Cons:

La camera, nonostante l'accensione dei termosifoni, risultava molto fredda. Il posto è abbastanza difficile da trovare e sia la stradina non asfaltata e molto stretta cosi come i parcheggi non sono adeguati rispetto al flusso di gente, nonostante il
periodo non sia di alta stagione. Inoltre migliorerei l'oscurità delle camera in quanto, con le tende bianche in dotazione,
alle 6 di mattino entrava già una luce fastidiosa e da fuori, con luci interne accese, di sera non permettono la giusta
privacy.
