Superó mis expectativas, seguro regreso!
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, las instalaciones muy bien y de muy buen gusto, muy limpio y la suite muy cómoda.

Cons:

Solo un detalle, no sabia que no hay recepción y la clave de acceso no me llegó previo a mi llegada, lo cual fue un contratiempo, afortunadamente logre hablar con alguien que me dio las claves de acceso por telefono.

Nunca pude acceder al inmueble.

Nunca pude acceder al inmueble, me comunique por telefono durante 40 minutos, esperando en la calle, el gestionario porque noes una persona sino una agencia, me contactó a los 10 minutos de que solicité cancelación de la reservación en Booking. No les interesa en lo más mínimo los problemas que puedan ocacionar a la gente.

El trato y la atención del personal, la instalación es cómoda, limpia y equipada para hospedarse y estar agusto, la ubicación, en mi caso vine a un Congreso en el Auditorio Nacional y llegué caminando disfrutando del paisaje.Gracias.

Una gran opción!
Pros:

En general me gustó mucho el alojamiento, es la segunda ocasión que me quedo ahí. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y lo que te ofrecen por el precio pagado, estuvo muy bien, lástima que sólo lo ocupé una noche.

Cons:

Sólo puedo observar 2 detalles: Limpieza, en especial de los tapetes, dan la apariencia de mucha suciedad y que la regulación de la temperatura de la regadera costó trabajo.

Es una estafa
Cons:

Nunca nos enviaron un código de acceso, no contestaron llamadas ni mensajes, en la puerta no tienen un timbre, en fin no pudimos instalarnos en dos días que habíamos reservado y tuvimos que rentar en un hotel

Pros:

La excelente ubicación, la necesitábamos para un concierto en el auditorio, nosotros hicimos 13 minutos caminando, la habitación era pequeña pero cuenta hasta con cafetera y cubiertos que nos pareció buen punto.

I will definitely come back
Pros:

It is very rare to find a perfect and rate for places to stay, but this one is totally exceeds my expectation location wise. The room itself is great of course the price make it even better. Cons:

The washing machine was advertised as useable but then when I asked the staff, they said it’s not allowed so I wish they remove it in Booking.com so that it won’t set that expectation for whoever wants to book it because most travellers normally wanted to have a washer

Pros:

the apartment is spacious.

Cons:

right outside are busy streets... I was waken up several times at night by the traffic noise. the AC is not too strong. the instruction to the location can be more clear (but as long as you found it once, it's very easy). the main thing really is it's not close to public transportation or public bike stands. so really the only practical way in and out is through taxi.
