Amazing place , location and staff.
Pros:

The staff here are absolutely amazing.
The accomodation was brilliant and the only reason I listed it lower was due to the air con which was not cool enough and could t be lowered, this made it difficult to sleep.
The pool, room and rooftop are great spaces.
The location is good with a short walk to Oia Uphill but fine and we preferred not being near the real touristy spots.
Anna the house keeper was just lovely as was the guy who either owns or manages the property - anything we needed he was there.
Lovely card and gift for us at the end of our stay ❤️

Cons:

The aircon wasn’t cool
Enough and could t be lowered.
This made sleeping difficult which of course impacts your stay.
Had that been effective I would have rated it 9-10

Very comfortable and clean with stunning views
Pros:

This place was amazing! Perfect location with a short walk to Oia and easily accessible to other areas with the frequent local busses. The room was stunning and very comfortable and clean! I liked the private roof terrace as well, this was great for watching to Oia sunsets instead of facing the crowds in Oia for the same view. Local restaurants deliver to your room which was great for days when I wanted to enjoy the pool and terrace instead of going out for lunch and dinner. The housekeeping lady was lovely and very helpful from arrival up until leaving. I couldn't find any faults with this place, I'll definitely stay again when I'm back in Santorini 🙂

Pros:

La villa est vraiment magnifique, confortable et très calme ! Efthimis a été d’une grande aide (activités et recommandations de restaurants), très réactif et adorable ! Ana de même, une gentillesse incroyable ✨ Vraiment pas loin d’Oia à pied ! Je reviendrai les yeux fermés

Pros:

Everything was beyond my expectations from the room to the service and ESPECIALLY Efthimis who went above and beyond to ensure we have everything and more during our stay and made it truly memorable. I can’t recommend this place enough to people!!!

great place, shame about the construction next door
Pros:

The room is exactly as described. Very nice space and very comfortable bed. The rooftop was also very nice spot to chill and look at the sea. Very responsive and helpful staff.

Cons:

there was construction right next to the rooms, so there was a lot of dust in the air and on the outside surfaces. The house keeper did her best but it was impossible to keep clean.

Great stay!
Pros:

Very good service from the host, prompt response for anything, great breakfast sent to the apartment, clean and quiet! We got our breakfast delivered the night before as we needed to catch an early flight, thank you very much!

Cons:

The location may not be perfect for folks who don't like to do some walking (find with me though).

Perfect accommodation for Santorini trip
Pros:

This property is perfect, just a few minutes walk to Oia center. It is spacious, very clean and so pretty. One of the best place I have ever stayed. I enjoyed our private pool where I had a relaxing, time after tiring sightseeing.
The staffs is so helpful and friendly. Giota is very responsive even before we checked in. She help me with the airport transfers, tours, and recommended some nice restaurants and places to visit. She arranged everything from the moment you check in until you go home. Also thankful with Anna, she make sure that we have a comfortable stay , she is very accommodating. If I can give 100stars that would be my rating.

Peacuful stay but Santorini and its residents need to take better care of its stray animals!!!
Pros:

The accomodation was peaceful, quiet and clean. It was about 15 minutes walk uphill into Oia. Bed was comfy.Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Many stray hungry cats between the hotel and the tourist bus park. The government/ local businesses need to do more to support not for profits (SAWA, Santorini Cats etc) to neuter/feed strays through added charges on tourists/cruise ships etc, or perhaps grouping together to collect donations from guests and give them the opportunity to contribute to food for the animals over winter when the tourists are gone. Shameful to do nothing! If you're visiting and staying here or elsewhere in Santorini, please feed the cats, be kind to them and donate to the charities if you can.
