Mooie kamer, geen resort & spa
Pros:

Ruime, propere kamer.

Cons:

Zwembad was in reparatie en we werden hier niet van op de hoogte gesteld.
Parking voor de deur mochten we niet gebruiken.
Niemand aan de receptie.
Werkzaamheden die vroeg beginnen.

Siisti asunto, jossa voisi majoittua pidempäänkin.

Cons:

Henkilökuntaa ei näkynyt paikalla kun saavuimme. Hän ei myöskään puhunut juurikaan englantia. Missään ei ollut infoa kaupunkiveron maksusta, mikä ei yllätyksenä mennytkään majoituksen kautta. Tämä olisi voinut aiheuttaa enemmänkin ongelmia rajalla ja vei meiltä päivästä paljon aikaa selvitellä, sillä majoitus on aika kaukana kaikista palveluista.
Majoituksessa myös mainostettiin kuljetuspalvelua ja assistenttia keltä voi kysyä mitä vain tulee mieleen, mutta nämä oli täysin hyödyttömiä, koska kuljetus olisikin ollut vain lentokentälle ja assistentilta joutui kyselemään useasti perään, ennenkuin vastasti mitään.

Pros:

Przestronne pomieszczenia, super udogodnienia. Można wypocząć. Obsługa, mimo, ze nie rozmawiała w języku angielskim, bardzo życzliwa i pomocna.

Cons:

Problem z parkingiem, mimo rezerwacji i informacji o parkingu, okazalo się, ze jest tylko zewnętrzny przy ulicy. Parking przysługuje tylko drugiemu obiektowi numerowannu jako sunny spa2.

Amazing holidays
Pros:

A family of staff that run the building. Very very nice people. Their empathy is exhactly what a guest (me) wants to see.
Room is spacious with kitchen and amazing view of mountains. There is a gym downstairs with nice punching bag and weights. Walking up from the beach is a good workout so we rented a car from "Taluma Car rent Becici". They have delivered a rocket of a car (Smart for two) and we used it even to drive to Podgorica airport.

Cons:

As a recomendation I would leave in each room fliers of Car rent companies and possibly a print map with good shop location such as "MegaMarket" at 23 Ulica Alekse Šantića or "Idea Appartment Becici".
Or even create mini website with all of above plus good places to go or eat with a bit of 5% discount card.
You know the drill :) And that would be a proper care about guests. Next level.

Pros:

Apartament bardzo czysty, w aparyamnecie wszystkie udogodnienia działają. Mi doskwierał brak koca, ale za to była ciepła kołdra.
Obsługa też bardzo pomocna

Zapomnieli nalać wody do basenu zewnętrznego 😀
Powinni postawić jakiś znak przy ulicy gdzie dokładnie znajduje sie apartamentkwiec. Przyjechaliśmy jak już było ciemno i mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem, gdyż budynek jest mocno schowany. Jeszce słabe zasłony w pokojach, barfzo mocno świeciło światło w nocy z sąsiesnich budynków co powodowało przbudzanie nocne, nad ranem po przez wczesmy wschód również nie można było się wyspać( załona jest mocno prześwitująca i nie zasłania całego okna).

Good place to stay, comfortable and close the Budva center by car.
Pros:

Good indoor swimming pool. Comfortable room with everything you need.

Could be nice if the pool is working and you get better room.
Pros:

The staff was really kind and friendly
Children playroom was nice to have, but most of the things were broken or not working.
We liked it had floor heating.

Cons:

The pool was not in use (one reason we booked hotel with pool was to use this. but the staff was really sweet and let us use spa in the second building they have, but inside the house so in the day we had to go and pay to use a pool on another location. )
In the kids playroom most things are broken/not working, but i guess children still find something to play with.
The kitchen was not well equiped as mentioned in booking- the pan was not usable, there was one scratched smaller pot (we didnt want to use for the scratched sutface) and a really huge pot. Also no decent cutting board (there was one that was used for i dont know what for….)
And the room that we got was only shown in picture with its best angle from livingroom, other rooms were so-so and they dont show them in the ad.

Smestaj je bio cist i nov. Slike smestaja su bile verodpstojne. Domacini vrlo ljubazni i usluzni.

Cons:

Postoji vise kompleksa pod istim nazivom, informacije i slike su sve izmesane, tako da ne znas tacno sta pripada sunny1, sta sunny cascade i sl., sto je vrlo bezobrazno i nekorektno u najmanju ruku. Pre i tokom rezevacije nije moguce ostvariti nikakav kontakt ni sa kim, za eventualna pojasnjenja i dodatne informacije. Dobijaju se samo genericke ai poruke. Parking, zvanicni od smestaja, je jako nepristupacan i vrlo je rizican, maltene nemoguce ga je koristiti.
