Bello y cómodo departamento
Pros:

El departamento es genial, super amplio, cómodo, luminoso. Instalaciones modernas, hasta con el detalle del café para los huéspedes. El balcón precioso para tomar algo o cenar. La cama super cómoda. El baño amplio. Impecable todo. Tuve una duda sobre las escaleras y me respondieron con todo el detalle necesario para quedarme tranquila (mi esposo había tenido un problema en el pie y temóa que fuera una escalera insegura). Además a una cuadra de las termas, eso ha sido genial. El hall de acceso , bello. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Cons:

Un poco más de luz en el baño (espejo) vendría bien.

Es hat soweit alles gepasst. Kurze Wege, fast alles in der Wohnung enthalten, bequemes Bett. Würde es wieder buchen
Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes Altbauappartment mit einem süßen Balkon zum Hinterhof. Die Ems Therme ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es ist Fußläufig ein Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Da es sehr warm war an den Tagen, war es auch in der Wohnung sehr warm. Man konnte nur mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Da es auf der Straße und Nebenstraße morgens früh und bis spät abends doch sehr laut war, war es sehr nervig. Aber ich würde fast sagen es ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau.
Ein Backofen wäre noch toll gewesen.

Lovely, romantic place. Great value for money
Pros:

Great location, very cute terrace, spacious and well fit for two.

The place is seemingly long in use and some parts could look somewhat used out.

Gerne wieder! Top Preis - Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage und eine sehr gute, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, Geschirr, Küchenblock, Küchengeräte und Erstausstattung mit Verbrauchsmitteln - wir haben nicht vermisst.
Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und zusätzlich ein Schlafzimmer haben die Übernachtung bei großer Hitze erträglich gemacht.
Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer zur Übergabe noch nicht gereinigt, durch eine telefonische Rücksprache konnte dieses Problem aber sehr kulant gelöst werden.

Pros:

Süßes Zimmer und wirklich bequeme Betten. Alles was ich brauchte war da.

Cons:

Mülltonnen direkt vor der Terrassen Tür
Bei den hohen Temperaturen ein sehr ekelhafter Geruch und leider einige Mitbewohner. Die Terrassen Tür nachts auflassen habe ich mich nicht getraut hinterher wären die Nager noch rein gekommen. Jeder musste an meinem Zimmer vorbei um sein Müll da hin zu bringen. Draußen sitzen war nicht so schön. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder mieten nur nicht Zimmer 2.

Pros:

O apto é bom, bem localizado, tem o básico. Nao tem ar condicionado e na primeira noite nao conseguimos dormir porque a temperatura estava muito acima dos 30 graus.

Cons:

Falta do ar condicionado. E tinha ratazanas andando pelo jardim interno do prédio.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe...die Einrichtung mit der Badewanne ist sehr stylisch und es ist super sauber!Kommunikation sehr gut, sehr nett und schnell.

Cons:

Das Apartment hat keine Rollos oder Jalousien,nur mit Vorhängen verdeckt so das man es nicht wirklich dunkel hat zum schlafen...was aber wirklich fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage...wir waren jetzt Anfang Juli da und wir hatten 28 bis 31 Grad ...und die Temperaturen bleiben wohl so die nächste Zeit....wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort und das war okay...eine Woche bei dieser Wärme finde ich schon schwierig in diesem Apartment.

Pros:

Alles mega super. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles super sauber. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Ausreichend Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Einfach genial, wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub haben möchte. Gegenüber ein Kindergarten, die Kinder hat man aber nie gehört.

Cons:

Parkplatz ist schwierig. Man hat mir ca 5 Plätze für jeden Mann der nach Bad Ems kommt, aber nicht speziell für die Unterkunft. Man kann keine Plätze reservieren. Morgens mussten wir jede Stunde raus und die Parkscheibe um eine Stunde verlängern.
