Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes, sauberes App mit gut eingerichteter kleiner Küchenzeile in Centrum- Nähe zu Bad Ems- genüg
Pros:

Gute Lage und ruhig gelegenes App, wenn nicht „laute Geräusche!“ von Gästen des danebenliegende App zum Garten hin bewohnen zu hören gewesen waren!!!

Cons:

-Leider war kein Fenster zu öffnen- frische Luft kam nur durch die Eingangstür, die nachts meist geschlossen blieb! - bei heißem Wetter war kein durchlüften möglich!
-Die kleine Stufe zum Waschtisch war eine Stolperfalle!!
-Die Gartenmöbel ( 2 Stühle und halber Tisch!) könnten mal erneuert werden!!

Pros:

Centrally located, close to the main attractions, 15-min walk to the train station. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable stay. The communication with the host is easy.

Cons:

There seems to be shower leakage in the bathroom.

Schönes, zentrales Apartment
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes und zentral gelegenes Apartment. Einfaches kontaktloses Ein -und Auschecken. Netter kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof.

Cons:

Die Balkontür hat keinen Raster, bleibt also nicht geschlossen, wen man sich auf demBalkon befindet.
Die Badezimmertür quietscht laut beim Schließen. Das ist nachts unangenehm.

Im Hof hinter dem Haus gelegene Ferienwohnung
Pros:

Sehr ansprechend gestylte Ferienwohnung. Ruhige Lage nach hinten rauß. Wenig Treppenstufen in den Hof. Fahrradrampe am Eingang und Fahrradaränder für alle neben dem Eingang in die Ferienwohnung.

Cons:

Der Blick nach draußen auf die überfüllten Mülltonnen, Holzablagerungen und Baumschnittabfälle. Nicht komplett es Besteck und zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr. Die Handtücher sind teilweise schon sehr oft genutzt.
Wer zur Straße hin wohnt, sollte wissen, dass sich gegenüber ein Kindergarten befindet = Sehr laute Gerauschkulisse (nichts gegen Kinder! Aber wer Ruhe sucht wird hierdurch evtl. gestört.).
Bodentiefe Fenster ohne Sichtschutz von Außen. Der Handlauf zur FeWo ist locker, also keine Festhaltemöglichkeit für s Stufenhochgehen.
Die Matratze ist durchgelesen. Hat in der Mitte eine Mulde.
