Pros:

The location was great. It was clean and cozy

Cons:

It is the first floor with tall windows and the door facing a street. All passers by can see you chilling in your bed. We had to keep the curtains draw all the time meaning scarce light

Pros:

Отличные апартаменты, рядом с туристическими местами. Выход сразу на улицу, двери стеклянные до пола, интересно было. Есть кухонные принадлежности, можно приготовить завтрак.

Все ок. Брали с друзьями чисто для эксперимента. Если вам нравтся стекла в пол и выход сразу на улицу с первого этажа - все будет отлично. Шторы - есть ))))

Sehr Enttäuschendes Erlebnis, ich würde nicht empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplätze und Wlan vorhanden, unkomplizierter Check-in. Macht zunächst einen schönen Eindruck.

Cons:

Dieses Apartment muss dringend erneuert werden.
Im Badezimmer stank es aus dem Fußbodenabfluss und in der dusche war Schimmel. Die Dusche war undicht wenn man sie benutzt hat lief das Wasser auf den Boden im bad. Es war sehr unangenehm das Bad zu benutzen.
Das ganze Apartment wirkte recht abgewohnt, die Schranktüren der Küche standen offen da sie sich nicht mehr schließen ließen. Die schranktür die sich schließen ließ fiel beim zumachen fast aus den Angeln.
Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, die Matratze war durchgelegen und man spürte jede Feder.
Außerdem lag das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße daher war es recht laut und vorallem hatte man eig. nichts von den Fenstern da man die ganze zeit die vorhänge schließen musste.
Bis jetzt die schlechtesten Unterkunft die ich in 19 tagen Georgien Aufenthalt hatte.

Pros:

В апартаментах есть всё из посуды, тарелки, чашки для чая, милые маленькие чашечки для кофе и даже турка для его приготовления. Сковородки и кастрюли, вилки, ложки, ножи, электрические плитка и чайник, можно что то разогреть и сделать на завтрак яичницу

Cons:

С улицы попадаешь сразу в свою комнату!
Комнаты выходят прям на дорогу, для защиты висят занавески блэк аут, которые приходилось держать закрытыми, потому что люди проходящие по тротуару оказывались слишком близкими.
Вариант для открытых молодых людей, можно пить вино и пиво сидя у себя в номере, вроде уличного кафе
Кстати, прям рядом мелкие кафе с фаст фудовской едой, где в основном молодые европейцы так и делают, сидят на улице за маленькими столиками!
