Le personnel est très sympathique.
La vue magnifique.
Le petit déjeuner est top avec la directrice très sympathique qui parle français.
La piscine est agréable.
Pas de problème pour se garer.

This is a family run place that does 5 star quality! Unbelievable staff that couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, great food available all day and evening. We were in a brand new junior suite which had pool shared with only 6 other rooms so was always quiet. The walk into town took minutes. Kostas had just launched an App which meant you could get lots of info about the hotel and local area and best of all could WhatsApp the team easily who always replied within minutes. A brilliant holiday, thank you to Natlalie, Kostas as all of their team.

Tout était parfait merci infiniment pour tout. Le déjeuner était plus qu’incroyable, autant sur la qualité que la quantité. Le restaurant était si bon aussi ! J’ai vraiment rien à redire à part merci x100, et d’une gentillesse et d’un accueil tellement chaleureux. impossible de pas s’y sentir bien. Merci encore j’espère revenir !

הצוות ממש מקסים , מלון משפחתי שיושב מעל העיר עם נוף מדהים. החדר גדול ונקי.

Super fantastisk lækker ny lejlighed med en fantastisk “dele” pool med 4 andre værelser.
Super poolbar hvor man også spiste den meste lækre hjemmelavede morgenmad.
Personalet var alle fantastiske og fik dig til at føle du var i centrum.

My stay at Elounda Heights was just PERFECT ! The location just above the town provided that extra tranquility and stunning views. The hospitality was outstanding. The room spacious, attention paid to details in the design, wonderful balconies and views ( the most stunning sunrise seen from the bed!, comfortable bed . The pool area and pool beautiful. Truly exceeded expectations. The location for me was excellent - enabling day trips to villages and visiting other bays, as well as local walks around the area and Kolokytha Peninsula. I hope I have the opportunity to return - and soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tout était parfait ! La cadre, le couchage, le calme, la vue, le personnel adorable, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, la propreté et la facilité pour se garer !!

Ha sido una experiencia muy espectacular. Los desayunos son increíbles, todo es casero y está buenísimo. Las vistas son también espectaculares,se observa todo el mar y el pueblo de Elounda. Por otro lado está bien comunicado con otras zonas. Los anfitriones encantadores. 10/10

De locatie was in een uithoek van kreta van waaruit we verschillende prachtige uitstappen konden maken en zo een weinig toeristisch Kreta konden zien. Het hotel hadeen prachtig uitzicht Vanuit het hotel liepen we in enkele minuten naar het plaatsje Elounda wat erg gezellig was. Het hotel had een prima zwembad. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en zeer gezond en werd ter plekke verzorgd.

We had a perfect stay in one of the Spinalonga suites. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the library of books and also made use of the gym. The varied selection of homemade treats at breakfast was fun to try each morning. It was a fantastic babymoon/anniversary with our private pool looking out over the ocean. A very special trip.

Kostas & Natalia sont des hôtes dynamiques. Leur hôtel est vraiment magnifique sur les hauteurs Elounda. La piscine et son bar vous permettront de pouvoir petit déjeuner avec des confitures maison (kakis & pamplemousse) et prendre une boisson ou plus si vous avez une petite faim dans la journée. Pour le dîner, vous pourrez déguster les inspirations du chef, agrémentées d’un verre de très bon vin. Tout est délicieux sur leur carte. Il y a une superbe roseraie. Que du bonheur dans cette très grande maison.

The breakfast was delicious every day with plenty of choice and always set me up for the day. The daily fresh pastries, jams and bread that came with your choice of breakfast was a beautiful touch. The setting was perfect, by the pool looking out to the sea…absolutely serene and tranquil.

My room was the most beautiful I have ever stayed in, having the use of my own pool was wonderful and I spent most of my days reading by the pool and gazing over to Spinalonga…I can’t speak highly enough of the hotel.

The staff were so kind, caring and friendly. I was quite overwhelmed travelling alone for the first time, but all of the staff made me feel so welcome and at home, and it made me feel like I wasn’t so alone as I always knew I had someone to go to if I needed help or just a chat. Thank you Natalia, Kostas and all of the wonderful team for such a memorable and enjoyable stay.
