Un sueño de una noche de verano
Pros:

Un hotel amable, que transmite sensación de hogar desde el primer minuto. Disponibilidad de sala de gimnasio con maquinas básicas, billar, piscina con espectacular vista al mar. Desayuno excelente con platos y mermeladas caseras. La habitación estaba limpia y el colchón era comodísimo, uno de los mejores que he probado. Un paraje de ensueño, me acabo de ir y ya quiero repetir.

Beautiful, quiet adults-only oasis with friendly staff and calming ambience, with gorgeous sea and Mountain View’s.
Pros:

We really loved our stay!

Staff were all lovely, the hotel is quiet, well kept and lovely atmosphere. The pool was a godsend as the weather was very hot, having the poolside snack bar was perfect with really attentive, friendly staff.

There were lots of pool loungers around the main pool and it never felt too busy or noisy with other guests, everyone seems to be on the same wavelength and wanted to relax, so no loud/party vibes, just chilled music playing quietly as you sunbathe or swim. The pool itself was great, was really deep in places and you were able to swim lengths and chill - again the pool was never too busy so you could always enjoy it without feeling on top of other guests.

Our room had an amazing view of the sea, surrounding mountain ranges and islands.
Even with our suite being in relatively close proximity to the pool there was never any loud guests or noises which really helped create a tranquil environment.
Each day the room was cleaned with the option for fresh room towels.

Small touches like the guest mobile app for communications during the stay, lovely complimentary hotel tote bag, fresh pool towels, spare suncream by the pool helped add to the warm atmosphere.

Lastly, we were also celebrating our anniversary which we briefly mentioned on check-in and were surprised with a beautiful bottle of wine by the staff as a gift. This was really unexpected surprise and we were really touched by this.

Cons:

We REALLY loved our stay so these next two points are more small details to share and don’t take away from our time spent at Elounda Heights:

One SMALL thing was that the shower cubicle in the room was a bit narrow/tight. As both myself and my partner are quite tall, we were either hitting our head on the window which we kept open for ventilation or hitting the tap as you turned around while washing your hair. Small detail but thought it was worth mentioning as perhaps changing the tap to a twist/alternative style could help to create a little more space for tall or curvaceous guests.
Otherwise it was still a really beautiful room and bathroom so no other complaints.

This is point is more about the location and not to do with the hotel itself:
The hotel is on a really steep hill, we are quite fit and healthy but don’t drive, so initially it was a bit of a challenge to walk up and down each day (particularly on a hot afternoon). It was a good way to walk off the dinner and get your daily steps, and we just about got used to it towards the end of the trip. But I would say if you are not physically able to walk up steep hills to catch a taxi or hire a car to help here.

קבלת הפנים הייתה נעימה,הנוף הנשקף מכל נקודה כולל החדר מדהים, המלון משקיף על כל המפרץ ,כל אנשי הצוות היו נחמדים מאד ,השרות היה מעולה.החדרים היו נקיים מאד ,כל יום הגיעו לנקות וכל יומיים הוחלפו מגבות.האוכל במסעדה היה טוב מאד.המטבחון היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך.

לא אהבנו שהמנע של המזגנים היה במרפסת שלנו. כך שכדיי להנות מהישיבה במרפסת נאלצנו לכבות את המזגנים.
