Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a large terrace with truly phenomenal views – the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The location is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, with several restaurants within easy reach. The parking area was conveniently located and easy to access.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Der Blick auf den See morgens beim Frühstück, sehr sehr gut. Morgens in den See gehen zu können, ohne heiße Wege zu laufen.

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm nachmittags ist etwas hoch, aber nicht zu ändern und man ist zu dieser eh kaum zu Hause.

grundsätzlich zu empfehlen
Pros:

tolle Aussicht, Strandnähe, immer Parkplatz bekommen: Zimmer sind sehr schön; die Matratzen sind klasse.
Balkon ist ausreichend groß (leider ganztags ohne Sonne)

Cons:

Chaos vor und beim Einchecken: wir haben insgesamt drei Mal unsere Daten sagen müssen(bei der Reservierung Booking, per Anruf bei Unterkunft, beim check-in)
Zimmer mit Balkon und Terrasse stimmt nur bedingt: jede Person, die auf der großen Terrasse umherging, konnte auf unseren Balkon schauen.
Der Preis von über 180€ / Nacht ist maßlos überzogen! Die Lage lässt den Preis wohl zu!
Küchenteil sehr klein, bei der Tischgröße bekommt man Platzangst

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man braucht.
Und der Ausblick war das beste um abzuschalten.

Fantastische Lage, freundliche Menschen - alles war total gut.
Pros:

Die Lage war sensationell, direkt am See. Das Appartement war total sauber, groß und freundlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Blick auf den See und die Berge.
Tiefgaragen Parkplatz inklusive.
Fahrräder können ebenfalls in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Steckdosen zum Aufladen sind vorhanden. In der naheliegenden Feneberg Bäckerei gibt es ein gutes und preiswertes Frühstück!
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Ein Ventilator wäre empfehlenswert!
Die Dame an der Rezeption war beim Check in sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Kollegin beim Check out sehr unfreundlich. Wollte uns unterstellen das wir noch eine Nacht zahlen müssten bis sie endlich bei Booking nachgeschaut hatte und gesehen hat das wir bereits bezahlt hatten! Entschuldigung Fehlanzeige.

Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage mitten im Ort und der traumhafte Blick auf den See!!! Die Herzliche Begrüßung bei der Anreise und Hilfsbereitschaft bei allen Anliegen!

Durch die Glasfront heizt sich das Gebäude ziemlich auf - da hilft nur regelmäßiges Lüften ^^

Der Ausblick ist einfach unbezahlbar. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Küche ist für einfache Gerichte völlig ausreichend. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem und es gibt viel Stauraum.

Wunderschön am Ufer des Sees. Traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon über den See.

Cons:

Wir sind kein Fan von Teppichboden. Check out bis 10 Uhr. Mit Frühstück Gepäck runter und Räder aufladen wurde es ein wenig knapp mit der Zeit.
