Ein wunderbarer Ort für eine größere Gruppe.
Pros:

Es war sehr geräumig und extrem sauber.
Das Wohnzimmer hat für alle Platz geboten und die Küche war Super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns besonders über die tolle Kaffeemaschine und die Kaffeetabs gefreut.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, alles war genauso wie beschrieben.

Schöne Wohnung, nah am Zentrum von Hoboken
Pros:

Gute Nachbarschaft, ca. 15-20
Geh-Minuten bis zum Path-Zug. Alles war wunderbar in Ordnung.

Cons:

Parkplatz unbedingt dazubuchen, in der Ungebung keine Chance zu parken.

A great stay but could have done without all the problems in the beginning

Cons:

Bedroom with separate beds did not have proper curtains to start. Same bedroom did not have proper bedroom door or own light switch, no electric kettle, hob kettle did not pour boiling water properly, dishwasher rack wheels broken, dish washer not level when opened. Some of the columns need painting. Bathroom door needs a lock installed

Home away from home!!!
Pros:

Spacious, clean and the feeling of home. Love that everything was on location from pots and pans, cleaning supplies and the holy grail was the indoor parking we drove our personal vehicle. Would definitely stay here again and if asked by anyone I would refer them here!!!

Excellent logement, quelques améliorations à faire
Pros:

Très calme, propre, bien équipé, quelques assiettes de plus serait bienvenu.
Facile d’accès par les transports en commun, 40 minutes de Manhattan un peu de marche pour joindre les départs ou 10 dollars avec un Uber jusqu’à Hoboken

Cons:

Les stores on été partiellement remplacés, le notre était cassé et remplacé par un papier noir collé avec du scotch. Explication un peu trop succinctes à notre arrivée !

Why stay in a tiny room in Manhattan when you can have a two bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood for less?
Pros:

Whether you are visiting Hoboken or Manhattan, this is a great option. Very spacious, spotlessly clean unit and the hosts are very helpful. Hoboken is very quiet and a great break from a day in Manhattan, which is a quick ferry, train, or bus ride. We also enjoyed watching community kickball games at the athletic field across the street.

Gecelik otopark ücreti fazla geldi. Konum olarak Manhatten'a araç ile geçiş kolay. Ancak çevresi vasat.

よく眠る事が出来ました。
Pros:

とてもきれいで、静かでした。台所用品や洗剤などはすべてそろっていて、心遣いを感じました。バスルームが二つあって便利でした。

Cons:

掃除機を使おうとしたら、壊れていた事と、台所の流し台の排水がスムーズでなかった事です。

環境整體非常舒適乾淨，設備與用品維護得很好，住起來很安心。地點也很不錯，對面就是學校，周邊環境單純，感覺治安良好。另外有提供停車位，對自駕旅客來說非常方便，出入也很順暢。The environment was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The unit was well equipped and everything was in good condition. The location is great, directly across from a school, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Having a dedicated parking space was very convenient, especially for guests with a car, and access to the property was easy.

Cons:

整體住宿體驗良好，除了洗澡的水量比較小，希望可以改善。其他沒有不滿意的地方。The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, so it took a little longer to rinse. Other than that, everything was good.
