very nice rooms
Pros:

A lovely hotel with a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. We arrived late in the evening, but the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel is located close to a famous castle, making it a great base for exploring the area. There are also several excellent cafés nearby where we enjoyed delicious food and coffee.

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Cons:

to drive our car to the hotel, we had to pay a local attendant 50 UAH. We were not informed about this in advance, and fortunately we happened to have cash with us. Also, there was a temporary water outage in the area during the morning due to local infrastructure issues, which was outside the hotel's control.

As a small suggestion, it would be wonderful to see the hotel become involved in supporting the restoration of parts of the castle or helping organize local cultural and folk festivals. Initiatives like these could make the experience even more special for visitors and help preserve the unique character of the area.

Pros:

Отличное расположение объекта. Доброжелательный персонал, готовый решать возникшие бытовые проблемы.

Cons:

Отдалённось торговых точек продовольственного и промтоварного направления. В данном случае кафе и рестораны не в счёт.

Pros:

Чудове місцерозташування. Номер чистий, великий . Є зубні щітки і паста ( здивувало ). Внизу готеля можна замовити сніданок. Дитину 2 роки нагодувати можна . Каша смачна і свіжа

Cons:

Це не до готеля. А до самої території . Було б добре пару ліхтарів вуличних включити .

Pros:

Номер комфортний, готель поруч з замком та озером.

Cons:

Внизу є бювет з водичкою, але окрім склянок в номері нічого не було, щоб набрати води в номер.
Було б зручніше якби був глечик для води.
Внизу ремонтували сходи, то вікно доводилось зачиняти щоб не відволікав шум.

Pros:

Розташування готелю чудове, парк - фантастичний. У номері є все, що потрібно, навіть зубні щітки одноразові, та праска з прасувальною дошкою. Обов'язково за нагоди будемо зупинятися та рекомендуємо іншим.

В цілому готель залишив приємне враження: гарне розташування, чистота та комфорт на хорошому рівні. Номер відповідав очікуванням, перебування було зручним.

Cons:

Виникли неприємні ситуації з персоналом, пов’язані з наданням документів для відрядження. Завчасно уточнювали можливість їх отримання — готель підтвердив, але при поселенні виявилося, що це зробити не можуть. Комунікація була зверхньою, без бажання допомогти. Лише зранку документи підготували, але з помилкою, яку згодом виправили. Весь процес супроводжувався відчутним невдоволенням з боку персоналу.

Загалом готель хороший, але сервіс у подібних питаннях потребує покращення.
