Schönes Appartementhaus mit Potential
Pros:

Die Ausstattung in den Appartements war gut, eine Filterkaffeemaschine und ein Toaster wären gut.
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Sauna und Schwimmbad war eine angenehme Abwechslung.

Cons:

Unser Appartement war über dem Restaurant, dass war uns zu unruhig. Wir hatten extra ein ruhiges Appartement gewünscht.
Handtuchwechsel sollte nach 3 bis 4 Tagen Standard sein, so wie es eigentlich üblich ist und auch laut Gesundheitsämtern empfohlen wird. Möchte man neue, müssen diese bezahlt werden.
Laute Telefonate im Saunabereich und tobende Kinder im Pool waren nicht so angenehm.
Außerdem fehlte eine SB Waschmaschine. Bei der Anzahl an Appartments wäre es sinnvoll, zumal viele Sportler, Wanderer und Familien mit Kindern dort wohnen.
Uns fehlte auch ein kleiner Willkommensgruss wie wir ihn aus Österreich sonst gewohnt waren
Vielleicht ein kleiner süßer Gruß oder für den Start ein paar Kaffeekapseln. Das erfreut den Gast und ist ein wirksames Mittel zur Kundenbindung.

Ich hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Appartement.
Pros:

Die Appartements sind sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass ich vor dem Frühstück schon schwimmen konnte und abends vor dem Schlafen eine Runde saunieren konnte. Wer das gerne macht, ist hier richtig. Kössen ist zwar ein kleines Dorf, aber die Lage ist gut. Schnell ist man am See, oder in der Stadt (Salzburg), je nachdem wie man es mag. Man kann Ruhe finden, oder den Urlaub sportlich aktiv gestalten. Es gibt hier viele Möglichkeiten. Die Landschaft, die Berge sind einfach beeindruckend. Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert und kann dieses Appartementhotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gibt leider nur eine Kapsel- Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung. Das produziert leider viel Müll, wenn man gerne Kaffee trinkt. (Ich hab mir einen Filter gekauft und morgens einfach aufgebrüht.)
