Pros:

The location near the beach and the view from the 5th floor of the sea.
Pretty spacious apartment

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a holiday the night we stayed, and a concert held near the hotel kept us awake until 1 a.m.
The kitchen facilities were pretty useless

Pros:

The breakfasts were diverse and plentiful, with a wide range of hot and cold options. There was an excellent selection of desserts and fresh fruit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The massages were wonderfully relaxing and restorative, and I truly appreciated them. I also made use of the room service, which was fast, efficient, and available at any time, making my stay even more comfortable. I would very much like to come back to your hotel. The location right by the beach and the stunning sea view made our stay truly special. Waking up every morning to the sight of the sea was an unforgettable experience and absolutely priceless to me.

Cons:

The only unpleasant aspect of our stay was witnessing a particular family—an elderly father and his adult son—handling the bread rolls with their bare hands every morning while choosing their breakfast. We found this unhygienic and unacceptable, especially in a buffet setting.

I would also encourage the hotel staff to pay closer attention to situations where guests uncover food and touch multiple pieces of bread or pastries before making their selection. This would help maintain appropriate hygiene standards for all guests.

The furniture are old and torn! The kitchen cabinets are sliced and torn at places, the kitchen table also! The bathtub had big rusty patches and seemed old and dirt! Everything did!

Hello,

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. I have stayed at Sun Hall before and had a good experience, which is why I chose to return. However, this time I was very disappointed.

First, the room was very old and not clean enough. We even found food left behind by previous guests inside one of the cabinets. We had specifically requested one double bed, but instead we were given two single beds, which was not comfortable, we met the staff in the street saying that the person now on shift doesn;t know how to switch rooms.

In addition, there were mosquitoes in the room, making it difficult to sleep. The noise from the street was also extremely disturbing. Early in the morning, there were very loud workers outside, and the noise was constant. As a result, we were unable to get a proper night's sleep.

Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, especially compared to our previous visit. We hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
