The view from the apartment

Cons:

The apartment is large and spacious, right across from the promenade. The view is stunning, and there are plenty of restaurants all around and right downstairs. However, there is a serious issue with the lighting. There is constantly light in the bedrooms and the living room, and the curtains don't really do the job. It ruins the quality of sleep because it's simply impossible to darken the rooms. We can't sleep 2 nights

Cons:

I would not recommend this venue for business travellers. Despite repeated requests, the property refused to issue an invoice for the accommodation, which is a basic requirement for corporate travel and expense reimbursement. This caused significant inconvenience and does not meet the standards expected from a professional hospitality provider. Very disappointing experience.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Fürdő bár rozsdafoltos a kád, de legalább tiszta volt. Ágynemű, törülközők is tiszták, rendben.

Cons:

A takarítás hagyott némi kívánnivalót maga után: a nappali kanapéjának hajlatában csokipapír, kontaklencse tok, földön szövetmaradványok. A kanapé karfájának szövetén szemmel látható, vastag a porréteg.
Csak egy éjszakára foglaltam. A korai repülőgép indulás miatt töltöttük ott az éjszakát. A hozzászólásokat elolvasva, kb. erre számítottam.

L emplacement et la vue sur la mer

Appartement vieillissant.
Meubles des années 80.
Équipements insuffisants (pas assez de couverts pour 2).
Tuyau de douche cassé. Robinet de salle de bain non fixé au lavabo. Vraiment bas de gamme.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in Strand- und Zentrumsnähe mit traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Wir haben das Apartment 721 im siebenten Stock zugeteilt bekommen und waren von der riesigen Terrasse (mind. 80 m2) mit dem traumhaften Blick über die Standpromenade und den Finikoudes Beach begeistert. Das Apartment selbst war sehr geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Marina liegt gleich gegenüber ebenso wie der Strand und die zentrale Busstation. Die St.Lazaruskirche ist ist in 10Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind direkt vor der Haustüre in großer Auswahl vorhanden.

Cons:

In der Küche gab es keine Wein- oder Sektgläser und zu wenig Kuchengabeln. Im Zentrum Larnacas sind derzeit viele Straßen aufgerissen und nicht befahrbar. Hoffen wir auf eine baldige Fertigstellung.
