Residence San Martino

Parking provided by hotel is terrible. It's under ground garage with a steep of ~35-40° slope. And the assigned parking space for us is right at the bottom of entrance slope, much better than the other spot on the slope (showed in the photos). Unless you drive a small car, or you have an excellent skill of turning your car inside the small garage.
If I come next time, I would park at Parcheggio Villa Dante, which is near by. By the way, you have to get into the room first to get garage key, because it is self check in and no one at the empty reception desk. And you need good luck to find a temporary parking around the hotel.
Another thing surprised me is that there's no people at reception! This is a 4 Star hotel. When you contact via text, you can not estimate the response time. Or, it may be no response.

Sconsiglio vivamente il Residence San Martino a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno dignitoso. Nonostante avessi prenotato selezionando il filtro "Hotel" su Booking, mi sono ritrovato in una struttura con self check-in e totale assenza di reperibilità fisica in loco, un disallineamento che ha reso impossibile la gestione dei gravi problemi riscontrati.
L’impatto con la camera è stato traumatico: le condizioni igieniche erano semplicemente inaccettabili. Lenzuola e tovaglie erano contaminate da macchie di feci, trucco, liquidi organici e, come se non bastasse, peli sparsi ovunque tra le coperte. Una situazione di degrado biologico aggravata dal fatto che, nonostante le mie segnalazioni, ho dovuto attendere tre ore prima di ottenere un set pulito. I collaboratori inviati dalla gestione sono dovuti tornare per ben tre volte perché ogni nuova fornitura che aprivano risultava, sistematicamente, ancora macchiata o sporca. Questo disagio mi ha impedito di cenare a un orario civile, rovinando completamente la permanenza.
Oltre all'igiene pessima e alla polvere diffusa, la struttura presenta danni strutturali e di sicurezza: la porta della camera era bucata, chiaramente danneggiata da calci, il letto era rotto e le tende non garantivano alcuna privacy, lasciando la visuale interna completamente esposta dall'esterno. Alla mia richiesta di cambio stanza, la gestione si è limitata a negare la disponibilità, proponendomi telefonicamente l'assurda "soluzione" di abbandonare l'alloggio a tarda notte per cercarne un altro. Un suggerimento impraticabile data l'assenza di altre strutture in zona e l'ubicazione isolata del residence, che rende sconsigliabile spostarsi a piedi la sera (il primo ristorante dista 10 minuti in una zona poco sicura).
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inesistente. Ho pagato per un servizio che non rispetta i requisiti minimi di vivibilità, sicurezza e igiene.

Management needs to be improved. Specifically, I was given the wrong room with the wrong door code. I was tired and had to wait for the staff, but luckily they arrived quickly. 2. Request to leave the Wi-Fi password in the hotel lobby. I had to knock on every room door to ask for the access code because I didn't have internet on my mobile phone to connect with personal, because reception not work 24hours. 3. It would be nice to turn on the hot water before a guest arrived, but I had to wait an hour and a half for the water to heat up. 4. The duvet didn't have a duvet cover(

1. Gravissima mancanza di prese a muro di tipo shuko, molto grave!;
2. Colazione fin troppo economica;
3. Reception mai presenziata; magari in ore serali, ci dovrebbe essere qualcuno (poche ore);
4. Non propriamente economico.

Arredamento

Chambre trés bruyante (on entend les bruits métalliques des volets roulants des voisins, les voitures dans la rue), isolation nulle (l'eau de pluie entre pas une des fenêtres), établissement listé comme hôtel alors qu'il s'agit d'une résidence sans réceptionniste, le parking est dans la rue (il n'est donc pas privé) et il y a peu de places libres, le lit est vieux et ne correspond pas du tout au confort espéré, petit déjeuner ridicule (pour une eau minérale, on vous apporte un verre d'eau, vous avez droit à un paquet de biscuits qui doit valoir 30 cts), et le prix nous a paru exorbitant si l'on compare à ce que la Sicile peut offrir pour un prix similaire. Établissement à fuir!
