Beau cadre et personnel très accueillant
The pools are nice. enough pools for all. pool area was quite.
Waiting line for breakfast was crazy, waiting more then 30min for a table.
The rooms are VERY small. the shower is even smaller. not properly for 2 adults with kids.
stairs.. too many strairs all over the resort. from getting to and from the room. and INSIDE the room there are plenty of stairs to climb to the room.
Het was een van de mooiste locaties die wij ooit hebben bezocht van vakantiebestemmingen. Het personeel was geweldig, de zwembaden waren prachtig, en ons verblijf was vrijwel perfect; iets wat we niet vaak hebben meegemaakt. We hadden een 2x4 zwembad bij ons verblijf voor echt een mooie prijs. De afstand naar het lokale strand was prima te doen. Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid, sfeervol en heel erg lekker.
We hebben onze kuiten goed getraind met de dagelijkse trappen die omhoog en omlaag hebben gelopen!
Het enige wat ons een klein beetje tegenviel, was de hoge prijs van de restaurants in het resort. Ja, we hebben er goed gegeten, maar vergeleken met de prijzen van de restaurants in de buurt, was het hier toch wel erg prijzig. Het kan 's ochtends goed druk bij het ontbijt zijn, dus wij adviseren om er gewoon direct om 8:00 te zijn.
The property is very well maintained. The staff is super nice and friendly. The service is excellent. The location is comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and spotless clean.

This accommodation was exactly what we were looking for - and more! We went to Lefkada for a relaxing stay, with excellent food and to variety! It was all at Crystal Waters. The staff were so friendly and the variety of pools was just amazing!

מלון מעוצב ויפהפה בסטייה, עם אווירה נעימה ושירות ברמה גבוהה.
התארחנו בסוויטה המשפחתית עם שני מתבגרים, והיא הייתה מרווחת, נוחה ומפנקת. הסוויטה כוללת שתי מקלחות, שלושה חדרי שירותים, וממוקמת ממש ליד הבריכה – יתרון גדול למשפחה.
המיקום מצוין, במרחק קצר מכל מה שצריך. צוות המלון היה מקצועי, אדיב ושירותי לאורך כל השהות, ותמיד דאג שנרגיש בנוח.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, מגוונת ואיכותית, עם מבחר גדול שמתאים לכל אחד.
למען האמת, לא ברור לנו למה המלון מדורג כמלון 4 כוכבים – מבחינת החוויה, השירות, הניקיון והמתקנים, הוא בהחלט מרגיש כמו מלון 5 כוכבים.
ממליצים עליו בחום ובהחלט נשמח לחזור!
The best hotel we have been in Greece. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast was super rich in veriaety. The pool is amazing and most of all are the hotel employees. Every single one of them. Thank you for making our 3 nights there so joyful. Ali, thanks for your help . ❤️
ארוחת הבוקר מעולה מגוונת ועשירה מאד. שרות הצוות מדהים. החדר היה יפה ומרווח. 2 בריכות יפות. הכל נקי וירוק. רצינו לשבח מכל הלב אנשים שהיינו איתם בקשר יום יומי והיו פשוט נפלאים מעל ומעבר. חריסטו בחדר האוכל והמלצריות שהיו החייכניות שירותיות למופת. הלנה בקבלה קיבלה אותנו בחמימות ונתנה לנו להרגיש בבית מההתחלה. ברנקה היקרה שהמליצה על מקומות בילוי וטיול הייתה נהדרת. ועלי החמוד שכל הזמן היה מוכן לעזור עם חיוך ולב ענק. כל השאר היו נפלאים.
חדר השירותים היה צפוף וקטן והמים נזלו מחוץ למקלחון ולא היה פתרון לתיקון. הנוחות אלמנטרית בשירותים לעומת החדר המרווח והמקסים. חשבנו שיש חוף למלון וזה לא כך. החוף מרוחק ולא נגיש בכלל ברגל. וגם עם רכב זה לא חוף מוסדר.

אמבטיה קטנה ומוזרה,לא מתוכננת טוב,למרות שהחדר עצמו היה מצוין.כשהתלוננו על הצפת מים מהמקלחת- מיד הגיעו לפתור את הבעיה.כל מה שביקשנו,קיבלנו מיד.שרות מעולה!
Έστω και για μια μέρα η εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο, ευγενικό και διακριτικό και με έκαναν να νιώσω άνετα. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο με τρεις πισίνες και τρία εστιατόρια υψηλής αισθητικής, ξεχωρίζει το ασιατικό Natsumi με φανταστικό φαγητό αλλά και προσωπικό. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά.
