Great location, Beautiful rooms. Staff was great and helpful!

Julia was the perfect host. Showing us restaurants and places of interest in the area. Super friendly.
The room was large as was the bed. Very clean and comfortable very good Air con.
Bathroom had all the amenities shampoo/ wash etc
Water available in fridge. And a mini bar ( to purchase)
Our room looked out on to a lovely courtyard . Seating available .
Breakfast was excellent fresh fruit ,cereals, cheeses,meats , pastries. Fresh coffee and juices available.
Very close to all the unesco sites. 15 min walk to train station.

The location was great.
We walked from the train station to Martins Residence with our luggage and it was an easy walk.
The room was beautiful, quiet and clean.
Outdoor sitting area is perfect to relax with a drink and chat with the other guests.
The breakfast was amazing, food was delicious, the dining area is stunning and we loved the table settings with fancy china.
The host and owner Yulia is so nice and helpful and it was a wonderful experience to have her on the property.
Plus she had a beautiful smile!

Staff is very friendly and provides useful information proactively.

The young Russian girl with red hair, did everything right when it comes to staying there. Wonderful place.

Clean good location, staff was great!

Our room was lovely! All the staff were exceptional people, kind and courteous. Very convenient to the center and easy parking.

The property was nicely maintained and conveniently located. Rachel was an excellent host. She is exceptional and always ready to help her guests. Breakfast was terrific and again, Rachel was very attentive.

Quite simply superb....Yulia was so helpful and pleasant, the hotel was a real gem....great comfortable rooms with really nice personal touches....breakfast was lovely....we will most definately be going back and I sincerely recommend anyone travelling to or through Ravenna to stay here....

Struttura in centro, 8 min a piedi dalla Stazione e vicina a tutti i maggiori monumenti (Sant'Apollinare Nuovo a 1 min, tutti gli altri si raggiungono al massimo in 15 min). Ho dato la massima valutazione anche al rapporto prezzo qualità perché siamo capitati in periodo di media stagione (costo basso e sconto Genius), ma anche con le tariffe standard penso che la struttura sia adeguata e valga quanto chiede. Colazione ottima, con anche frutta, marmellata di qualità in vasetti di vetro e servizio al tavolo di bevande calde. Il vero plus è Yulia, la titolare, che gestisce tutto con professionalità e disponibilità. Una padrona di casa perfetta.

Yulia, our hostess, was delightful and was available for any inquiries. The room was large and well decorated. There are 2 courtyards where you could relax. The breakfast had a large selection of choices. The location was close to the train station, 6 minute walk, and to local attractions.

The owner was very welcoming.
The comfortable, spacious apartment is extremely aesthetically pleasing and is located in the historic part of the city, within a few minutes (5-20) walk of many attractions.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Praises to the host as she was extremely helpful when I was dealing with a lost passport. She was instrumental in helping me obtain my passport. Very very thankful to her. She definitely went above and beyond. Absolutely beautiful and spacious room. Loved the property!
